Excellent Piedmontese restaurant with unique specialties like the "mica" and "turgia" salamis, which I won't reveal because they absolutely must be tried!

I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly excellent experience. The place is very welcoming and has a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service was also impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available without being intrusive.
The dishes were truly delicious. You could sense the attention paid to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. Overall, a place where you eat very well and where you'll want to return. Highly recommended!

I went for lunch with friends. Everything was truly excellent. From the appetizers, which were plentiful and delicious, to the cheek, which was incredibly tender. It was also very cheap.

Trattoria Sottosopra – Buttigliera Alta
A truly pleasant evening in this trattoria that exudes authentic Piedmont. It's a simple, warm, no-frills place, but with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The chalkboard menu is full of traditional dishes: tomini cheese, anchovies, flan, peppers, roasts... all very inviting.
We started with a mixed antipasto with cured meats, bread, focaccia, and their sauce: good ingredients, served in a family-style manner, just as you'd expect from such a place. For the main course, I had tripe parmigiana, served in a crockpot, truly excellent: flavorful, plentiful, and made just right.
We washed it all down to a 2022 Roero Matteo Correggia, which paired perfectly.
Friendly service, down-to-earth and helpful staff. Prices are more than fair.
In short: a sincere trattoria, where you eat well and feel at home. I'll gladly return.
