You should know that you pay €5 per person (!) for the terrace alone. It's not that nice and neither the food nor the service is so good that it's worth it. I advise against this.

The Huge Compliments to the Chef as food was brilliant: deliciously prepared. Ladies who served were all smiling and professional with their service. This place is absolute gem to Monopoli hospitality. Thank you for our lovely evening

The food is decent but in my opinion the prices are too high. The place is nice and the service acceptable. I honestly don't think I'll go back on any other occasion.

Wonderful place, I highly recommend the tuna tartare, you practically don't even need teeth to eat it, it's so tender 🤤 The people who work at Sottocoperta are all very kind, smiling, helpful and the atmosphere of the place is very pleasant. 5 star experience!

We only had drinks in this quaint pub like seaside vibe. The servers were very friendly and even charged my dead cell phone for me. Nice sea views outside in the seating area and great beers! VictorB

Great bar with good waiters, fantastic view to sit and have dinner or just drinks. Good choice of drinks. We didn’t eat there but the food we saw being served looked very good. Really worth visiting to watch the sunset.

Our dinner here was so delicious. We shared a seafood plate for 2 which had a mix of grilled tuna steak, squid, cuttlefish and prawns plus a green salad. The seafood was cooked to perfection and was so tasty. Plus our bottle of Pino Grigio wine was so good. The restaurant has a great vibe and we enjoyed dining outdoors with a great view of the harbour. We got a tip to come to this restaurant from a guide in Bari and what a great restaurant recommendation that was. We will be going again to try the fresh tuna tacos with sides. We saw a few people order this dish and it looked delicious. If you’re in Monopoli this place is a must.

19/08/2024: My family and I have just spent two nights in this splendid structure... lots of greenery for the children, a beautiful swimming pool, top breakfast and fantastic staff... a quiet and relaxing place, spacious and spotless rooms... and the director Antonio is a person very kind and humble, thank you for everything, see you next time, greetings from Taranto.
