You should know that you pay €5 per person (!) for the terrace alone. It's not that nice and neither the food nor the service is so good that it's worth it. I advise against this.

Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo di domenica mattina io e mia moglie tutto nella norma niente di eccezionale! Unico punto a suo favore la saletta vista porto esterna poi per il resto tutto semplice anzi l’ho trovato anche un tantino caro vabbè come tutti posti di Monopoli più o meno! Comunque piacevole aperitivo.

The Huge Compliments to the Chef as food was brilliant: deliciously prepared. Ladies who served were all smiling and professional with their service. This place is absolute gem to Monopoli hospitality. Thank you for our lovely evening

The food is decent but in my opinion the prices are too high. The place is nice and the service acceptable. I honestly don't think I'll go back on any other occasion.

Wonderful place, I highly recommend the tuna tartare, you practically don't even need teeth to eat it, it's so tender 🤤 The people who work at Sottocoperta are all very kind, smiling, helpful and the atmosphere of the place is very pleasant. 5 star experience!

We only had drinks in this quaint pub like seaside vibe. The servers were very friendly and even charged my dead cell phone for me. Nice sea views outside in the seating area and great beers! VictorB

Sólo tomamos bebidas en este pintoresco pub como ambiente costero. Los servidores eran muy amables e incluso me cobraron mi teléfono celular muerto. Bonitas vistas al mar fuera en la zona de estar y grandes cervezas! VictorB

10/02/2025: Located practically adjacent to the Portorosso beach, I consider this restaurant to be among the best in Monopoli. We booked for lunch. Impeccable welcome, professional and friendly staff. Certainly the plus is their terrace with tables overlooking the sea where you can enjoy a view in one breath. They have a varied menu suitable for anyone. The experience was exceptional. I would like to congratulate all those who work there: attentive to detail, very friendly and nice. The price is reasonable and certainly not excessive. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is in the area. We will definitely be back
