The food was delicious, and the menu and individual dishes were well-thought-out and varied. The service was quick and courteous. A very nice vegan menu and an absolute recommendation.

Every dish is excellent; the menu changes monthly and is extraordinary. There's an excellent wine selection and the staff are very friendly and explain every dish. A true gem in the Maremma region.

There's a lot of research into the dishes and the ingredients.

Vegan restaurant/bistro, fixed menu that changes monthly. I appreciated the care with which the dishes are cooked and served and above all the taste of each course. Excellent veg bistro in a quiet area of Grosseto, with parking nearby, nice atmosphere and courteous managers; the dishes, offered in two fixed menus, are well studied and excellently balanced, with an evident research in the raw material. We will definitely be back!

Cucina veramente eccellente e mai banale. Mangiare al Sottobosco è un' esperienza piacevole fuori dagli schemi dell'offerta gastronomica della zona. Ottime le materie prime utilizzate e buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cantina con buone e non banali etichette con particolare attenzione al biologico. Completano il tutto un servizio attento e cordiale.
