Friendliness, kindness, family context make it a characteristic, the characteristic place is with the heat of early July, being under the walls, it was great, every now and then a cool breeze blew and it was great, we ate very well, the pasta is homemade, appetizer of cold cuts and very good crostini, but also the tagliata deserved, the sweet cake, finger-licking good. Satisfied because even the roast potatoes were so excellent that my selective son found them so interesting that he finally tried a new dish! An achievement 🥳

Stopped for a quick lunch, too bad we couldn't try more dishes. The owners were really kind and easy-going. The pappardella with ragù was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great, unusual place because it's "under the vaults". Everything we ate was delicious; homemade charcuterie plate, cheese, beef tagliata, gnocchi, house wine 😍 And on top of that, a great welcome from all the staff who took great care of our little one. €65 for 2 with a shared antipasti, and primi for each, for the quality it's very reasonable when you see the prices around.

09/09/2025: La Valserena is a lovely restaurant set on a little hill, giving it a charming atmosphere. The food is excellent with authentic dishes that taste homemade, and the service is professional and welcoming. Parking is easy and free. Prices are fair for the quality you get, making this a great spot for both locals and visitors.
04/09/2025: A recommendation from our host, and a lucky find. We didn't have a reservation, but we managed to get a table in the "Wintergarten" – just before a major thunderstorm hit the area. Very friendly and quick service, even though it was incredibly busy. Delicious food (primi piatti). Definitely recommend it.

Ristorante di Murlo

17/08/2025: My partner and I stayed from August 11 to August 16. We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect, from the room to the staff, and especially the hospitality of the owner, Sara, and her family. The hotel's location is also convenient for easily traveling to visit the most important towns in the Tuscan hinterland. The cuisine is excellent, with typical Tuscan dishes expertly prepared. We will definitely return and recommend it.
16/08/2025: I found you by chance on Booking. We needed total relaxation and a break from our hectic lives. Everything was beautiful. Family-run. Top-notch cuisine, highly qualified staff. Highly recommended.
