Sotto la Torre In Bassano del grappa

We had lunch here as a couple on Sunday, February 22nd. We were greeted by a truly kind and friendly gentleman. We waited a quarter of an hour for a table because the place was packed. The food was tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly. We'll gladly return.

Last Saturday, my husband and I passed through Bassano del Grappa and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. There was no room inside; Mr. Giovanni kindly told us there was seating outside, and since it was a beautiful day and the mushrooms were warming us up, we sat down. I had a vegetable sandwich, and my husband had a bruschetta with porchetta and mushrooms...beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We had a great time! Thank you!

The beer was good and the sausage and chips dish was very good.

The place is a bit dated and in need of a complete renovation. The service is decent, albeit a bit imprecise. The food is simple, but the kitchen offers little choice.

We often come here for dinner, it's the only place where they make me a salad of my choice without any problems, the bread is warm and delicious, the prices are a little above average but it's worth it.
