We chose this place, looking for it among many and reading its reviews. The owner is very kind, the girl who served that day was really delicious and helpful and above all with a lot of patience🤣, we had the opportunity to have a chat with one of the two chefs, a very young, friendly guy, but above all skilled in the kitchen. We ate everything you see in the photo except for the first courses that I forgot to photograph which were all very good. The grilled meat was extraordinarily tender, it melted in your mouth, I had never tasted such tender pork. the panna cotta with salted caramel was extraordinary. I don't think I've ever eaten such a good panna cotta. I recommend this place, I don't give five stars because it is small in terms of environment and the menu is not very rich and the choice of desserts is limited, but what is there is really very good.

Giro per lavoro molti ristoranti,e mi domando come mai certe guide non abbiano recensito questo locale .tornati e confermo una grande libidine..Ottimi primi piatti,fiorentina squisita,crème caramel emozionale… Carta dei vini per tutti i clienti ,palati e prezzo…che’ dire…👏👏🔝

01/07/2025: Through the advice of a friend, I come to try this restaurant. So located just outside the walls of the center and also nice, the staff was friendly and the service fast, really excellent quality: we ordered a mix of raw and cooked seafood, between dishes we liked less and some more but all well appreciated, risotto alla pescatora very very good and to finish a fried seafood that ended the evening in style even if I was hoping for more calamari and less fish with bones but oh well. Approved and promoted
08/06/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night: I never imagined I could eat fish so well in Bologna! Very fresh fish, divinely cooked, without condiments that could alter or mitigate the authenticity of the product; simple but reworked proposals without compromising on taste, I found the right mix between tradition and innovation. Informal but professional environment. Kindness and friendliness of the waiting staff and the owners. What can I say...as soon as I'm in the area I will definitely go back!

17/07/2025: Lamberto's knowledge alone is worth dining at La Posteria. The dishes are rooted in tradition, but the quality is stellar, the flavors and aromas are unparalleled, and the presentation is meticulously crafted and elegant. So don't expect anything home-style in its style or flavors. Top-quality ingredients and incredible flavors, combined with attentive service from the staff and Lamberto's friendliness. Considering the location, near Arco della Pace, the quality/price ratio is excellent. The appetizers include the best Cantabrian anchovies I've ever tasted, traditional Milanese meatballs, and a panzanella with the freshest flavors. Main courses include rabbit in oil with vegetables from heaven and veal with tuna sauce, among the best and most delicate I've ever eaten. The wine selection is excellent.
