We had lunch here between visits to Rocchetta Mattei and Bologna. EVERYTHING was delicious. Quality products at a great price. Impeccable service. Highly recommended!

We made a last-minute blind reservation for a table of 13. The appetizers and first courses were good, especially the tagliatelle with ragù and the tartare of Fassona beef with mushrooms. The grilled meat was superb, tasty, and not too salty. The side dishes were excellent. If you're passing through the area, you have to stop by.

We had the cappelletti with cream, which were really, really delicious, and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which were good but not at the same level as the cappelletti... perhaps they were not creamy enough and the porcini mushrooms were good, but I would have preferred a few more...

Near the Coop in Vergato, this restaurant is worth a visit. The owner kindly accommodated us even though we hadn't booked and the dining room was almost full. Excellent local dishes prepared with quality ingredients. I was able to try the cotoletta alla Bolognese, which was truly delicious. Recommended
