We slept in this hostel during our Via Francigena. Well-kept and very clean rooms, we give 4 stars only because we were not greeted by anyone and we did not enjoy any breakfast, the restaurant was closed and we had had no news about it.

We ate pizza, very good pizza! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The ingredients are top quality and you can feel it. The dough is light, but crunchy. We will happily return

A restaurant that I know turned out to be a real surprise, even if highly recommended by various people, we did not expect such quality in the raw materials (all from well-known local producers) and attention to the cuisine. The pizzas were really excellent both in the dough and the seasoning. Very honest prices and attentive service. We will return to try the rest of the menu which appeared very inviting both in the first and second courses and to see the garden area which on this occasion was not yet accessible.

Excellent lunch on Pugnaloni Sunday. Careful research of ingredients and correct and respectful preparation. Lasagnetta, gnocchi, excellent desserts. Wide choice of wines.

passing through on the Via Francigena we stopped in this place by chance.
it was a pleasant surprise, the rooms were tidy and very clean, the breakfast with a rich buffet, we were tired and had dinner. Excellent dinner with refined local products. Furthermore, the kindness of the managers is always a pleasure

Ottima cucina. Materie prime scelte con grande cura ed illustrate con perizia ed amore dalla responsabile di sala. Ottima la focaccia con pasta di pizza, buonissimo il controfiletto di manzo allevato allo stato libero dai butteri, deliziose le patate al forno con finocchio, superbi i carciofi alla romana. Il Grechello del 2016 - un ottimo vino rosso di 13 gradi dal sapore lievemente fruttato - è stata una grande scelta. La mousse di ricotta come dolce è stata un’altra scelta vincente. Abbondanti le porzioni. Non proprio dietro casa per il nostro gruppo (siamo di Venezia), sarebbe bello tornarci per la degustazione di pizze, anche queste basate su una filiera di materiale prime a chilometro zero. Servizio impeccabile e gentile. Il conto? Decisamente onesto. Un posto assolutamente da visitare.
