We chose this pizza restaurant from the list of facilities for travelers on the Via Francigena.
Good welcome from the staff, excellent food and fair cost compared to the quality of the raw material. Only piece of advice: there is too much chilli in the calzone and it covers all the flavor of the burrata...
Adjacent to the restaurant room there is also a shop with products from local farms.
It's a shame that there are no agreements for pilgrims, as is indicated on the official website of the Via Francigena.

Location molto accogliente, con personale gentile e disponibile. L'arredamento è semplice, ma funzionale - la struttura è stata rinnovata di recente, è tutto in legno e fa quasi l' effetto di una locanda di montagna.
Ottima cucina, sia come ristorante che come pizzeria.
Assolutamente consigliato!

This restaurant is a really nice idea, as it has so many interesting things. It's difficult to say what it is exactly: it's a restaurant but it's also a pizzeria and a hotel and an infoshop and a coworking space. It is a place that creates bonds and the pleasure of being with others.

Sto soggiornando in questo hotel e lo trovo del tutto originale, eccentrico ma con una eleganza moderna e giovane. Mi ricorda una galleria d'arte contemporanea che, in un contesto come quello di Acquapendente, più antico e tradizionale, emerge positivamente.
Ho anche usufruito del ristorante, ad accesso libero anche per clienti esterni, e ho mangiato piatti molto gustosi, conditi generosamente e abbondanti. C'è anche la possibilità di mangiare la pizza.
Personale cortese e premuroso a partire dalla proprietaria fino ai camerieri.
Altra nota positiva la musica lounge in sottofondo, crea un'atmosfera rilassata e confortevole.

We slept in this hostel during our Via Francigena. Well-kept and very clean rooms, we give 4 stars only because we were not greeted by anyone and we did not enjoy any breakfast, the restaurant was closed and we had had no news about it.
