For us Il Sorriso is the family restaurant. The cuisine is always of the highest level, you can find traditional dishes that no one makes anymore. The owners always make you feel at home. The only flaw is that the prices have increased quite a bit but they are still in line with restaurants of the same level.

I had a delicious seafood risotto here. I visited this restaurant as I was staying near by. I arrived early before opening time but was able to sit inside. The waiter was very attentive and patient with an English speaking customer. Later on, all the tables were filled with customers who are clearly local and frequent the restaurant often. I highly recommend a visit.

Classic. Old line. Wonderful food. Terrific service. All in the classical Italian mode. Where you find the locals, you find good food. That exactly describes this establishment. Great neighborhood feel. Very caring staff. Some English spoken. A sure bet when in Torino.

Locale arredato in maniera tradizionale e con gusto. Servizio educato, professionale e attento ai particolari. Completo il menù con alcune proposte, ad esempio il pesce spatola, non usuali, quindi interessanti per chi non vuole mangiare sempre le cose più gettonate. I piatti sono curati e quello che arriva a tavola è di ottima qualità. La cantina è ben fornita. Onesti i prezzi. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò. Roby

Traditional restaurant. It was recommended to me by the reception of the hotel I stayed in. Classic, well-attended environment. Very good welcome and service. Well assorted menu.

26/11/2024: Excellent brick and pan pizza! They make a delicious farinata! Wide choice on the menu! I have been frequenting the place for several years and I have always enjoyed it, a very familiar environment, I recommend everyone to get a good pizza at an honest and accessible price!

27/08/2024: Got recommended by a nice girl working in a gift shop. And what a recommendation it was! Friendly personnel, the girl who greeted me with a smile spoke good English. The pizza was delicious, good music in the background if you like 60s Italian classics. 1 pizza carbonara with a bottle of water and a pistachio cheesecake with expresso was 22 euro. Definitely would recommend and go there again.
