Sorelle Ribelli In Bologna

I was in Bologna and I ate at the Ribelli sisters. The place is very small but the food was good and the employee was really kind. The prices were normal.

Sorelle Ribelli is tucked into a cozy corner of the Mercato di Mezzo and delivers bold, satisfying flavors in a space full of charm. The lasagna was rich and comforting, with that slow-cooked depth you hope for in Bologna. But the standout was the open-faced sandwich; stacked with salame, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, and a generous layer of squacquerone cheese. Creamy, savory, and perfectly balanced. The red-checkered tables and retro touches give it an old-school feel, even in the middle of a busy market. It’s casual, fast, and full of character; great for when you want real local food without a lot of fuss.

I ate a small tiramisu here for €3.50, which is suitable as a snack in between. The taste was very good.

Very good lasagna and salad. Coffee was good too.

Good pasta, we tried the Gramigna which was very tasty, tortellini soup was good and tagliatelle Al ragu was good too! Dish sizes can be a notch bigger in all honesty! Fast service!

Piccolo e gradevole locale all'interno del Mercato di Mezzo, con personale gentile e cordiale. Arrivando poco prima di mezzogiorno per il pranzo abbiamo potuto assaggiare solo le paste, ma siamo rimasti soddisfatti : ottima e abbondante la gramigna con ragù di salsiccia. Molto buoni anche i dolci al cucchiaio. Prezzi nella media (43 euro per 2 primi, 2 dolci, 2 caffè acqua naturale e frizzante, 1/4 di vino)

Posticino davvero particolare con una saletta ricavata in un piccolo corridoio ma che contribuisce a rendere il tutto particolare. Ci troviamo in pieno centro durante una passeggiata e pensiamo bene di pranzare con un tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Soddisfatti per qualità e quantità, apprezziamo la cortesia del cameriere. Il conto corretto per la posizione del locale.

This lovely bistro offered me some quality time to chill after a lot of walking. Nice staff, relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed a lovely Aperol Spritz.

Stumbled across the market in Bologna by chance. The owners are very kind and nice. Fast service, amazing first courses and desserts (best tiramisu among those tasted in Bologna during a three-day holiday) An excellent refreshment point for a quick and welcoming lunch break.

Short trip to Bologna, here we found a good refreshment, the raw ham melted in the mouth, exceptional!! Everything was very good and the staff extremely kind and professional! TOP
