SANIZZO The Professor's warm welcome, the true soul of the place, makes you feel at home, creating a light and pleasant atmosphere. The food is extraordinary, truly SANIZZO, hence the title of this review. Perfectly prepared. A special mention for the Professor's paccheri bomba.

A small bistro in Camigliatello run by the Falcone family, with ties to the town's well-known butcher shop. Typical local products, mostly homemade, are of good quality but not always up to the asking price. For dinner, the excellent cured meats and cheese appetizer with creamy ricotta, and the less than stellar grilled caciocavallo burger, are excellent. The prices are very high (for example, a glass of wine costs €8-9), which is difficult to justify given the direct provenance of the ingredients. One negative note about the service: one of the management members, who also takes orders, is a bit too pushy when it comes to choosing what to order. He tries to be friendly, but ends up intimidating and confusing both the customers and the waitress, who otherwise works hard. However, the professionalism of one of the owners, who stepped in to restore calm and ensure the dinner continues in a more relaxed manner, is commendable.

The Professor was magnificent as always, the dishes exceeded all expectations, and the snacks were on the house. We'll be back again.

Un sogno. Un buonissimo ristorante in Sila. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa , Antonio è davvero un ottimo host!! Ci ha coccolati per tutta la durata della cena, e soprattutto ci ha messi sempre di buon umore. Il cibo davvero OTTIMO! I paccheri Bomba sono obbligatori, ma anche tutto il resto!! Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo! GRAZIE Antonio, sicuramente questo posto resterà nei nostri cuori!
