The restaurant is very well-maintained, with a small waterfall visible from the windows and the mill beneath the glass floor. There are two tasting menus and the option to order à la carte. The ingredients are of high quality, and the dishes are beautifully presented in a beautiful setting with professional service. Prices are high, but they reflect the research and hard work behind the scenes by the kitchen team. Worth a try.

The place is very beautiful, especially the small waterfall visible from the windows and the mill beneath the glass floor. The food is excellent and high-quality, the only flaw being the very small quantity... It's a shame because it was really good and I would have eaten much more. I'm not saying the dishes should have been huge like at a mountain hut, but at least there should have been a little more; after all, they're just tastings.

Un week end a Bormio per lasciare una caldissima Milano, sulla strada troviamo questo ristorante per mangiare qualcosa prima di arrivare a destinazione. Che dire, siamo stati fortunati! Locale bello, si affaccia su una cascata naturale, moderno, fusion. Cibo squisito dove tutto viene cucinato dallo chef e dalla brigata, dal pane ai grissini alla focaccia. Tra l'altro lo chef ha adattato qualche mia scelta alla mia intolleranza al lattosio, grazie. Piatti pieni di gusto e colore. Provatelo!
