An experience to do and do again! I was here for dinner for the first time, we chose a vegetarian menu and a fusion japan (fish-based) menu. Dishes with attention to detail, and to say good is an understatement. Truly unique flavors and paired perfectly. A pleasant surprise was the "greeting from the kitchen" and some sweets not included in the menu but which were still served to us between one course and another. I really appreciated the fact that the kitchen is open to view, and it is a pleasure to observe the chef preparing the various dishes. A lot of passion and dedication clearly emerges. The environment is also spectacular, with a suggestive waterfall in sight, very clean and intimate. Recommendation for a couple's experience. I will definitely be back :)

This is an extraordinary place to experience an interesting and out-of-the-ordinary lunch or dinner. The menu offers a selection of uniquely sized dishes, which will pleasantly surprise you with their flavor combinations. Allergens are clearly indicated on the menu, so as to provide you with all the necessary information. Before the meal, you will be served an aperitif, followed by small appetizers before the main course. After the service, you may also receive a gift from the chef. Everything is accompanied by a detailed presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you are traveling or simply want to have an original and surprising gastronomic experience.

An experience out of the ordinary. We spent our Valentine's evening here. The environment was very romantic and relaxed, so we were already off to a good start. For us it was like going on a journey, we chose the tasting menus and (apart from a few changes due to my lactose intolerance) I can say that the chef made us discover many new flavors and rediscover others. Helpful staff, very attentive and friendly.

Great Japanese fusion tasting experience, we ended up there by accident. Unexpected restaurant in an indoor atmosphere with an industrial style with a beautiful view of a local waterfall. Impeccable service to appreciate the final friendliness of the chef, excellent and refined dishes, with an excellent range of menus to choose from.
