The food was okay, and the setting was very beautiful and unexpected.
The only drawback was the dinner time: three hours for a tasting menu was a bit tiring.

Very nice restaurant, in a unique setting. Perfect service, with detailed explanations. We had a tasting menu of both meat and à la carte dishes, which were truly excellent, with perfect pairings that didn't clash.

Chef Caracciolo plays at a higher level. Then there are the others. These are not empty words, you should be able to give 6 stars and not just 5 at least once in your life, and this would be it.

Un week end a Bormio per lasciare una caldissima Milano, sulla strada troviamo questo ristorante per mangiare qualcosa prima di arrivare a destinazione. Che dire, siamo stati fortunati! Locale bello, si affaccia su una cascata naturale, moderno, fusion. Cibo squisito dove tutto viene cucinato dallo chef e dalla brigata, dal pane ai grissini alla focaccia. Tra l'altro lo chef ha adattato qualche mia scelta alla mia intolleranza al lattosio, grazie. Piatti pieni di gusto e colore. Provatelo!

Per noi è una tappa fissa ogni volta che veniamo in Valtellina. Un’esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista, dalla location spettacolare ai piatti. Tutto ottimo, camerieri gentilissimi e lo Chef un genio, non si può definire in un altro modo. Super consigliato
