Romantic dinner in this extraordinary place, everything perfect. Nothing to envy of restaurants with a Colosseum view, you eat excellently and you are pampered with kindness and attention to detail. Super recommended!

We have just had the most phenomenal meal at Soltojo!! I don't even know where to begin... The food was fantastic! We opted for their full taster menu which is €70pp, but my god is it worth it! A la carte options seemed very reasonably priced. The value for money was outstanding! Each course is explained to you in superb English!! Also, I explained that as I am pregnant I can't eat raw fish etc and they were so accommodating I couldn't believe it. Food was brought over and explained and they checked with me if I wanted it cooked more - I've never felt to attended to in a restaurant. Service overall was superb, great attention to detail. Wonderful atmosphere! We did end up eating inside as there was a chance of rain, but it was cozy and intimate, and not even a little crowded. Really overwhelmed with how wonderful this place was - sad we can't go back as we leave tomorrow.

A magical evening in the old mill. The creative bread, wonderful entrees and exquisite menu are some of the best I've ever enjoyed. An absolute highlight in terms of taste and visuals. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. A big compliment and many thanks to Mr. Caracciolo, who cooks with so much love and dedication.

An excellent discovery!! Very refined place, very well prepared food with delicious flavours. Professional but at the same time friendly and pleasant staff. Fair price. We will return without a shadow of a doubt. It deserves more than 5 stars

Esperienza culinaria senza paragoni, siamo stati “serviti e riveriti” in tutto e per tutto, cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile, abbiamo avuto ogni spiegazione necessaria e ben oltre su pietanze, vino, location e chef! Finita la cena e a ristorante vuoto abbiamo avuto anche l’onore di fare due chiacchiere con lo chef! Torneremo sicuramente!

I didn't think it was possible to find such quality, kindness and professionalism in an almost remote place. Top quality food and ingredients treated in a spectacular way, many compliments to the chef and also to the excellent waiter who expertly illustrated each dish
