Solo Patate In Palermo

Authentic Sicilian restaurant, delicious stuffed potatoes, and gluten-free too!

Good quality fries, and a very good portion size for being tiny / three Euros. Delicious and excellent. :) The cheese of the classico was very good, and combines very nicely with the ham and the potatoes (which is good; the potato doesn't have any condiments so it's a dish that must be eaten together, not piece by piece). It was good, nice to try, and nicely flavourful. If you don't like cheese (like me), maybe this is not the best place to go - again, though, the simple fries are delicious and very cheap - because every dish comes with and requires cheese. Very friendly owner (staff?) too! It's a very small place where you cannot sit inside though.

If you love potatoes… this is YOUR SPOT! I went there a couple of times during my trip and it never disappointed!! 10/10

Perfect place for potato lovers!

Highly recommended: a small place with a few seats outside, perfect for takeout! Delicious bread, panelle, and croquettes, fried but not greasy, very flavorful, and served in incredibly soft, warm bread. All this combined with a warm smile and a super central location! P.S.: All options are available, including gluten-free options.

A lovely discovery while strolling around Palermo. Baked potato stuffed with excellent quality ingredients, all served by the owner, who is available for a chat, tips, and stories. Highly recommended.
