Enrico and his son Gabriele put all their kindness and their heart into preparing delicious Palermitan specialties, and the result is there. Panelle, crocchè, potatoes stuffed with caponata or Palermitan sausage, salads, everything is great!

Wow what a place in the middle of Palermo's crowded streets. The food is classy and the owners (father and son) are very nice. This place is not to be missed if you love baked potatoes

Great attention to gluten-free, freshly cooked food. We ate on site at the tables on the main street, a pleasant and relaxed environment. Highly recommended. The potatoes are delicious.

18/05/2025: My first time at Verdechiaro restaurant was a nice and unexpected novelty. Initially I intended to order a pizza but, browsing the menu, I was captured by several interesting proposals: the crispy octopus on purple potato cream, Roasted artichoke chips, sublime. The pizza dough was perfect, as were the dosage of ingredients and the combinations. During the evening we established a nice relationship of empathy with the chef Nello Occhipinti who revealed to us the secret ingredient of his menu: the passion for his work.5⭐.

03/06/2025: At 15:15 looking for something to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed but the nicest Polish/Italian waitress still arranged something simple for us. She also advised us for the local ice cream dessert which was great
02/06/2025: We were welcomed with an aperitif offered on the panoramic outdoor terrace. We had lunch outside, a fixed menu proposed and explained with the possibility of choosing à la carte, but the fixed menu proposal convinced us immediately. We spent a pleasant lunch. Everything very good and excellent service. Location surrounded by greenery and with a play area for children. Large parking lot. We also purchased some of their own liqueurs.
