Quiet location located right on the Pescara seafront. The service was fast and the dishes, based on fish, were all delicious! You can perceive the quality and cleanliness with which they cook the raw material. Excellent price.

Historic restaurant, we ate well and the service was impeccable, provided by staff who can be seen having been doing this all their lives. The only flaw is the room with a sea view, which unfortunately is not a sea view. I recommend eating on the boardwalk side.

20/05/2025: I went there for a gluten-free pizza and I have to say I really liked it! The dough was super light and not rubbery at all. You can choose the flavor you prefer and, even though mine was very rich, they managed to make it very well! Extra tip: try their spoon chips (one leads to another!)
13/05/2025: I often order from Acqua e Farina and always choose the pizza by the meter, a very convenient solution that allows you to choose up to 3 different flavors: perfect for pleasing everyone without sacrificing variety. I always take takeaway and I must say that the speed and punctuality of the service are truly remarkable. The pizza always arrives hot and well packaged, ready to be enjoyed. Light dough, quality ingredients and excellent organization: a point of reference if you want to eat well even at home. Highly recommended!

07/06/2025: I read some reviews before staying and honestly I don't understand them at all. We personally spent some wonderful days, ALL the staff are simply unique, the lifeguards, the entertainment, bartenders, waiting staff, the meter.... All very kind, they have an amazing attention to detail and they are all passionate about their work, they treat you like guests and not like customers, they have a truly sincere attention to customers. I stayed with my family for 5 days, we just left with great regret. It's true that there are 2 elevators but they are fast and organized. The sea view from the rooms is amazing, very clean rooms and not just the rooms... everything is taken care of down to the smallest details. The chef is really good at preparing the dishes which in addition to being good are abundant, they organize everything so that you don't miss anything. I discovered it by chance for a family vacation to celebrate my parents' anniversary and I can assure you that I will return with pleasure. Highly recommended. The staff of this structure really enters your heart ❤️
