01/09/2024: Una bella scoperta: cibo ottimo, sapori veri, ottimo servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Da provare assolutamente, una menzione speciale per il vitello tonnato e la mela in crosta.
06/08/2024: When we are in Sauze d'Oulx we never fail to dine at Etoile Des Beige. Very good cuisine with local ingredients, excellent and well presented dishes. Good choice of wines. Very pleasant decor and atmosphere. Polite and friendly staff. Cost normal and acceptable for the quality of service. I also recommend it as a pizzeria.

14/12/2024: Cozy place and very helpful and friendly staff. We appreciated the formula proposed without an à la carte menu, all the courses (from the appetizer to the dessert) were greatly appreciated. Note of merit for the desserts. Definitely honest price compared to the quality of the dishes and the service offered. Highly recommended.
11/12/2024: As always Defilippi is a certainty! Good and abundant dishes from the Piedmontese tradition. All recommended!
