The place is beautiful, tidy, and welcoming, moderately quiet, and in an enviable location, facing the sea and near the castle. Very good service. The ingredients are high-quality and fresh. The dishes are delicious, carefully prepared, and refined. The seafood carbonara and the almond-flavored prawns are good, but the Taggiasca olives on the Carrugi panna cotta just don't work for me :-). Perhaps, overall, it's a bit pricey; it wouldn't be recommended for an average family, but we had a good time.

Location, location, location. Sole 1936 has to be located in one of the best locations in Rapallo. However, we found it just missed the mark with the food and service, and price, especially compared to other restaurants we have been to this week in Rapallo. The food and service was good, but there is better, but not for location.

Must try! This restaurant is located in a quiet, panoramic area on the pedestrian promenade, overlooking the castle and the sea. Divine cuisine, excellent service, and a staff both professional and brilliant, and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Locale molto accogliente con vista Mare romantica. Piatti di alta qualità a Km zero e molto ben presentati. Siamo stati consigliati molto bene da Massimiliano sia nel cibo che nel vino. Da provare assolutamente se si viene a Rapallo!!!

Ho pranzato in questo ristorante all’esterno sulla passeggiata con vista mare
Ho mangiato un antipasto (gamberi mandorlati buonissimi) e un branzino alla griglia con insalata e pomodori il branzino era fresco molto buono il conto un po’ salato
