Simply unique, with a breathtaking view that ranges from Mont Blanc to the Couis di Pila peaks. Wide selection of local dishes and very friendly staff. The outdoor terrace is fantastic! Final treat, it can also be reached for dinner with the snowcat.

Nice restaurant on the Pila slopes. We didn't eat because we had to ski and the menu was full lunch which would certainly have weighed us down. Beautiful location in front of a lake which is covered by snow in winter.

After trying other refuges we arrived here. Sandwich with ni bread, better piadina. Good ingredients. Friendly staff, well-furnished room inside and terrace outside for sunbathing

depuis plusieurs années je m'interrogeais sur ce restaurant sis à la marge des pistes de Pila. Je ne m'y étais jamais arrêté. Quelle erreur, vite compensée puisque j'y suis allé tous les jours de mes vacances de ski ensuite. Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel est hyper accueillant. Et la nourriture est au dessus du lot. La carte comme les prix sont attractifs. c'est une magnifique découverte, par ailleurs très fréquentée. donc la réservation est fortement conseillée

Prenotiamo facilmente dal loro sito l'esperienza cena in notturna in baita con salita in gatto delle nevi ed è stato tutto perfetto, un'esperienza nuova, particolare e che suggerisco di fare anche perché il prezzo è assolutamente onesto, forse un pochino caro (20 euro) il costo del gatto delle nevi. Entrati in baita, saliamo al piano superiore, veramente bello, tutto in legno, arredato perfettamente e con gusto, il tutto riscaldato dal camino a legna che fa sempre la sua bella scena. Menù buono, di qualità, materie prime fresche, ottimo il tortino alla zucca su fonduta così come il risotto alle erbe e trota, cottura del riso perfetta. Ottima anche la guancia, tra le più tenere mai assaggiate, si tagliava con la forchetta e si scioglieva in bocca; un po asciutto, invece, il tortino alla nocciola, forse il piatto meno riuscito. Personale gentile, giovane, cordiale e simpatico, piacevole fare quattro chiacchiere con il giovane titolare, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. È stata una serata veramente bellissima conclusa con la discesa in motoslitta, grazie per la stupenda esperienza.
