Excellent experience, tried both the cuisine and the pizza on several occasions... I attach the photo of the panna cotta with berry reduction prepared by them, which I loved not only for the taste but also for the idea of presenting it in a different form than usual 😊

Found by chance on the internet. The day was dedicated to Piedmontese fried food, so I can't judge anything other than what I was able to taste.
The starters were very good, perhaps the flan a little too watery, but the flavor was very delicate.
The fried food, although it had some small imperfections, was good. Cooked well and dry.
Impeccable impersonal, always ready and kind. The environment is very familiar, since it is a bowling club, the recovery work is very valid. The cleanliness in the room was very good.
The only flaw, if we want to nitpick, is the lack of three pieces indicated on the menu.
Fair price for raw material and labor ratio.

It's always a pleasure to go and eat at this restaurant. First because I go there with my mother, second because you eat well and are well served. In the photo the concia polenta fuiot with stew and sausage. Excellent and plentiful. I always come back with pleasure.

We chose the village menu. Nothing to complain about the quality of the food but the quantity is quite low (5 agnolotti really 5!!!), 2 appetizers, 5 kebabs and very few potatoes. Dessert was not included. Price not adequate for quantity.

La bagna cauda (non so se si scrive così!) era la base del pranzo che abbiamo fatto venerdì scorso. Si è iniziato con qualche antipastino (antipasto piemontese, vitello tonnato, abbondante e carne all’albese) per poi passare al clou. Bagna servita nel classico “fuiot “ con sotto la candelina e vassoi di verdure sia cotte (anche la zucca, che non avevo mai provato) che crude (anche rapanelli). C’era la possibilità di avere il “refill” a volontà. Dessert, tiramisù monoporzione ben equilibrato. Il tutto annaffiato da merlot-Cabernet sfuso, adattissimo.
Personale presente e gentile , anche i titolari erano sempre in sala.

Abbiamo cenato in questa trattoria.
Poche scelte del menù però preparate bene.
Abbiamo optato per due antipasti tra cui le crocchette ripiene di toma, buone e soprattutto leggere, e vitello tonnato perché sono un fan. Salsa buona e vitello cotto perfettamente.
Coscie rivisitate di pollo fritte come polpette però stile maiale sfilacciato.
È una bella amatriciana cucinata come a Roma.
Due dolci fatti al momento e amari.
Abbiamo speso 76 euro con 3 euro di sconto.
Ci tornerò e la consiglio.
Bravi bravi.
Ah!, fanno anche le pizze che però non ho provato. Infatti tornerò.
Servizio completo e mai invadente.
