Change of review as the management of the place has recently changed, it is not correct for the reviews to remain the same if everything changes. The place is nice, relaxing atmosphere but bring an extra sweatshirt because the outside temperature is more or less cold, it's not the best for digestion, but it's certainly better for the freshness of the fish, the staff is very helpful and the dishes arrive practically immediately but I'm talking about an empty place then if it were to be full I wouldn't know, as far as the food is concerned it depends on what you order, I tend to order salmon dishes and it was all ok just a little dry, apart from the increase in rice in the rolls which obviously fills you up first and swells more, however the Cantonese rice was raw, maybe ask to cook it a little more, when you get to the cashier, be sure to ask for the receipt with the details before paying, because they make you pay without a receipt a higher sum than you owe and then if you ask for the receipt with the details and the total they tell you that they can't let you do it (from a complaint to the finance department). If I can give some advice to the owner and the staff, change your methods given the other terrible reviews I'm reading because you're losing all your customers
