We were looking for a great authentic restaurant that wasn't full of tourists. Had this recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. We had meats and cheeses to start with which was perfect and a very generous portion. We then had goulash, which had a bit of a modern twist and the 'ski dish'. Both were excellent. To wash it down we opted for 1/2 litre of the house red which hit the spot perfectly. Staff were fine and the lady who served us was good.

We had the tastiest food here in Ortisei! We ordered the home made pastas, wine and polenta! While waiting we got a fresh potato salad and bread basket on the house, which included the local schüttlebrot was superb. The wine and pastas were beyond amazing! At the end we also got limoncello shots on the house! The staff was extremely courteous and helped us also find a taxi back to our hotel.

A gem in Ortisei, absolutely not to be missed. Excellent food, staff no less. Nice and characteristic environment. Also recommended for those traveling with dogs. Thank you

Comí aquí dos noches seguidas, ya que era tan práctico para nuestro apartamento. Ambiente cálido y acogedor, servicio atento rápido, v buen vino de la casa, sabrosa comida bien cocinada, incluyendo hermosos desiertos.

A ridosso del centro di Ortisei c'è questo ristorante che serve piatti tipici locali. Il cibo buono ed il locale carino. Personale gentile e prezzi nella media. Nulla però di indimenticabile

05/04/2025: A full 5 stars from me. Where do I begin? From the very start, the staff warmly welcomed us in. Throughout the meal, they maintained utmost professionalism and hospitality. And the food at this restaurant is simply delicious—the starter of tuna tataki was paired wonderfully with the miso sauce, while the main courses of homemade tagliatelle and beef cheek were both splendid. The star of the show, however, was the asparagus risotto. It was hands-down *the* most fresh and succulent asparagus, paired with a rich cheese flavour to go with the perfectly cooked rice. This should be the restaurant’s signature dish! Hope to come back soon. Thank you for a delicious meal.
