We stopped and to stay light we had some salads and a platter of cold cuts. All first choice ingredients, a positive note also for the very high quality oil they offer as a condiment. You can tell they care about quality The homemade cakes are absolutely worth trying, I have hardly found any better ones around

Buonissimo pranzo. Ottima alternativa ad un tipico ristorante. Si mangia bene. Materie prime di qualità. Buonissimo tagliere. Strudel fantastico!

Aperitivo con tagliere di sfiziose delizie a km 0...era da tempo che mi capitava di ricevere tante prelibatezze ( spianata con lardo di Arnad e pizzette e altre spianatine con affettati tipici) tutto ad accompagnare un buonissimo spriz Bravi RAGAZZI

One of the very few places open on Tuesdays in Gressoney. Good, good and good. Classic mountain dishes for refreshment. Friendly and kind staff.

Hotel Ristorante Tivet

16/09/2024: We had a wonderful time at Hotel Tivet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The food is excellent. There are four courses for dinner. A buffet with a huge selection of salads and antipasti, small warm starters and dessert. Then there are the primi and secondi. Everything was very tasty, well seasoned and lovingly prepared. Kudos to the kitchen! In general, we received a very warm welcome from everyone, even if they don't speak English very well here. Communication still worked well with translation via smartphone. For our next visit to this family hotel, I'll just learn a little more Italian.
23/08/2024: We stayed for two nights in a suite room, furnished with attention to detail in pure Aosta Valley style. Maximum cleanliness and fabulous view! Special thanks to the owner and staff, very kind and helpful.
