19/05/2025: The structure is unique and well-kept, with clean and tidy rooms.
Breakfast, however, leaves much to be desired: the sweets (donuts, cakes, pangoccioli, pan brioche...) were dry and did not seem fresh, I would say almost inedible. The offer of drinks was very limited: only pear juices, only classic and green tea.
Positive note: honey, yogurt, cold cuts and scrambled eggs prepared by Lacrima, a very kind and really nice person, who does everything possible to welcome everyone with courtesy. Unfortunately, being alone in managing the dining room, cafeteria and kitchen, the service suffers a bit in terms of timing, but certainly not for a lack of commitment on her part.
Furthermore, three gin and tonics for 60 euros, prepared with Hendrick's (a commercial gin), seem really excessive to me - at that price you would expect a more refined gin.
An unprofessional episode: while we were resting in the room after a long trip with two small children, the chef knocked saying he had to come in to fix the Wi-Fi. When we asked, he explained that the fault had been caused by a storm that had occurred days before — so an intervention that could have easily been scheduled for another time, without disturbing the guests in the room. Really unfair.
Finally, a piece of advice to the owner: a little more attention to quality, organization and respect for the guests' times would really make a difference.
