Food is amazing, the restaurant seems a little dated, but that means it's been around for quite a while. The quality of food is amazing, being someone from the Northeast region, the noodles tastes very authentic, and good price too.

The Lanzhou noodles were amazing – light broth but full of flavour, tender beef and perfect noodles! And the baozi? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside… the bomb! Everything was super good, I would go back again.

Absolutamente increíble. Menú completamente auténtico, cocinado a la perfección. Pedimos las brochetas de cerdo, alitas de pollo, fideos de ternera con ternera extra estofada y el pollo frito hu lu... Y todo lo que comimos fue perfecto. La carne estaba tierna, mientras que el caldo en el que se cocinaba tenía tal profundidad de sabor que empacó un ponche de la especia. Puedes elegir qué fideos quieres y el personal es muy útil para guiarte en función de tus preferencias. El pollo Hu lu es un MUST, las especias y condimentos que lo acompañan, nos derribaron absolutamente los calcetines. Fabulosa comida, servicio fantástico. Vendría aquí una y otra y otra vez.

A pocos pasos del Duomo de Milán encontramos Siyuan Beef Noodles: un "verdadero" restaurante de Lanzhou, con cocina china del noroeste de las regiones de Gansu y Xi'an. La ubicación es íntima y recuerda (para aquellos que lo han visitado) a los restaurantes en China. Nada más entrar encontramos un mostrador que mira a través de una ventana de cristal a la cocina. Su especialidad son los fideos chinos de res de Lanzhou, así como platos clásicos y añadiría platos chinos “antiguos” del noroeste del país. El servicio es rápido y puntual. La mise en place es muy simple. La parte más satisfactoria son los platos en sí, que literalmente me ganó con su sabor particular! Escogimos dos de sus ensaladas frescas: “apio y juba” y “pepinos”. Luego tuvimos un “trío de brochetas de carne” (cerdo, cordero y ternera) acompañado de papas Lanzhou picantes. ¡Todo muy sabroso! Los precios son un poco altos, pero vale la pena! Sin duda volveré!
