The noodles are really chewy, the soup is really fragrant, and the chili oil is so delicious! Although the beef is not particularly thick, it is very filling. It is fragrant and tender when you bite it, and the key is that it is not dry! You can choose the thickness of the noodles. I ordered the thin noodles. It is smooth and chewy. I can't stop eating it. I didn't want to leave any soup until the end. It was spicy and fragrant. It feels like the authentic taste you eat on the streets of Lanzhou

At first I was hesitant about the price, slightly higher than the competition, but I have to say that it was worth it. The broth of the ramen was tasty, the hand-rolled dough was perfect and in general the plating, with the ramen served with seaweed and tea offered, was a happy surprise. The only flaw is the small room with little space. Recommended for anyone in the area.

Eat well. But there's no rice. Only noodles. If you like Asian food, you should try it.

Lanzhou noodle tasted so good. Services was excellent. Highly recommended for a simple lunch or dinner.

A very welcoming place frequented mainly by Asians. I have eaten ramen several times but the most amazing dish for me is the stir-fried noodles with vegetables and pork. Very good. Excellent quality

We were so glad to have found this restaurant near the Duomo. The noodles, seasoned beef, and broth were incredibly authentic. I only wish my city in the U.S.—despite its large Chinese population—had a place that serves beef noodle soup this good. The other dishes were excellent as well. I’d stay an extra day in Milan just for these noodles!

A pocos pasos del Duomo de Milán encontramos Siyuan Beef Noodles: un "verdadero" restaurante de Lanzhou, con cocina china del noroeste de las regiones de Gansu y Xi'an. La ubicación es íntima y recuerda (para aquellos que lo han visitado) a los restaurantes en China. Nada más entrar encontramos un mostrador que mira a través de una ventana de cristal a la cocina. Su especialidad son los fideos chinos de res de Lanzhou, así como platos clásicos y añadiría platos chinos “antiguos” del noroeste del país. El servicio es rápido y puntual. La mise en place es muy simple. La parte más satisfactoria son los platos en sí, que literalmente me ganó con su sabor particular! Escogimos dos de sus ensaladas frescas: “apio y juba” y “pepinos”. Luego tuvimos un “trío de brochetas de carne” (cerdo, cordero y ternera) acompañado de papas Lanzhou picantes. ¡Todo muy sabroso! Los precios son un poco altos, pero vale la pena! Sin duda volveré!

il locale è molto diverso da come ti aspetti un locale di cucina cinese, è tutto moderno e quasi cyberpunk, luci, neon e tanti colori. decisamente particolare è forse molto in linea con la modernità in cina. la cucina è regionale della zona nord ovest e quindi non è sicuramente un locale tipico. questo è un punto a vantaggio, ma molto piatto bisogna anche saperli mangiare. le foto non rendono e non capisci davvero bene cosa stai ordinando. forse un personale più "invitante" aiuterebbe. personale cordiale
