In giro per Merano durante i mercatini ho deciso di prenotare una cena presso questo ristorante ... un momento magico della nostra vacanza a Merano. Ogni piatto è un'emozione. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù da 7 portate scelte dallo chef. Consigliatissimo. Personale eccellente. Lo chef e il suo staff ci hanno accompagnato in un viaggio attraverso sapori e scoperte del palato. A presto chef ! PS: le foto dei piatti non le metto perchè vi rovino la sorpresa!

We left happy from this restaurant where we were welcomed with care, warmth and friendliness. The dinner was excellent, the pairing with the wines was exceptional. All the staff are kind, present in the right way and competent. Andrea Fenoglio took us into his world with empathy, a lot of attention and great professionalism. I can't wait to return!

Always an experience every time you visit Merano! The cuisine is creative with great and suitable combinations, the service is friendly and competent, the restaurant is cozy and not overloaded, the wine selection is extensive with suitable recommendations for the respective menu. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

We look forward to every visit to Merano Andrea Fenoglio and his team! Here you can inhale enjoyment and culinary delights in an extraordinary location! Uncomplicated & great! Katalin Huff and her service team are super casual and exude pure desire and joy! Andrea Fenoglio is easy-going and relaxed, greeting guests and picking up the food when he has time. We were there twice for lunch last week, without a reservation, sweaty with a backpack and shopping bags... no problem, we were allowed to choose the table freely! There was, among other things, liquid pizza, egg with truffle & chanterelles, venison fillet, spaghetti Omega3, green pasta with poultry ragout, ravioli with filling and a wonderful jus, modern apple strudel, Pina Colada creation & delicious espresso! The wine list is awesome!!! Here you really feel like wanting a lot more as the prices are extremely fair. Many wines are cheaper than in many “simple hotels or restaurants”. We discovered our highlights from the numerous open sparkling wines! After our second visit we received the special pasta from the Dolomites from Monograno Felicetti as a gift! We are already looking forward to a culinary treat soon.

had a wonderful time at sissi for its 7-course seasonal tasting menu. the chef-owner is incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, he would talk to us in between each course to ask how the dish and he did that for every table. the vibe is pretty casual and you feel like you’re dining at someone’s home. the food was full of flavor and was quite inventive such as a coffee marinated salmon trout which was one of my favorite, along with their deer. i don’t think they offer a formal wine pairing, but we basically got a wine pairing without the high price tag as we asked the server to recommend wines for every 2-3 courses and her recs were great and went very well with the dishes. overall very pleased and full from the meal and would highly recommend sissi!

Coming to Merano and not returning to Sissi is impossible. As always, Fenoglio's cuisine amazes, excites and exceeds already high expectations. Informal welcome for excellent food and wines. Well done Andrea and his precious dining room and kitchen staff.

Ein absolut perfekter Abend! Ich habe selten so gut in meinem Leben gegessen. Der Service war auch absolute Spitzenklasse. Ich kann es jedem nur ausdrücklich empfehlen.
