Outstanding from start to finish. Modern setting but very tasteful. We had the tasting menu with wine, really excellent although they did have an a la carte. The food quality and presentation were outstanding as were the wines. The staff couldn’t have been better. Really first class experience which was reflected in the price but I thought excellent value.

Superlative experience! We opted for the full tasting, a spectacle. Excellent hospitality, service, dishes, competence and professionalism of the staff. An original place, not the classic typical restaurant, but rather a beautiful experience among expertly processed local raw materials, explosions of taste, attentive and professional but above all young staff from the chefs to the dining room staff. To be repeated

I review the experience from "Sintesi" several months after the visit. The location is minimal, the environment very clean. Opted for the 9 course menu. The cuisine is good. The only dish that personally didn't give me the impression of being up to par with the rest of the route was "Ramen" among the first courses. In any case, in context it was a good experience.

Already been there other times. I confirm that it was a very pleasant experience. Minimalist and elegant rooms. Impeccable bathrooms. Courteous and attentive dining room staff, without being intrusive. Great recommendations for wines. As for the food, one word: sublime. A single Michelin star is very little (I have frequented some three-star restaurants that have nothing more than Sintesi). Price more than fair. It's definitely worth going to them.

Refinement of flavors and top quality raw materials characterize the experience. The highly trained staff manages to guide you through the colours, flavors and aromas along the route. The combination with the wines is always excellent and satisfying. The attention to detail also goes beyond the table and makes the environment very welcoming. Super recommended!

SINTESI is really worth a visit and not just one... July 2024 ...not just a visit, but a detour! Particularly noteworthy is the variation on the "pigeon" theme in the main course of the "Menu de Chef", an impressive triad that arose from the genius of Chef Matteos and takes full account of the guest as a connoisseur: pigeon fillet, pigeon burger and pigeon pâté. "God's good!"

An absolutely exciting gastronomic experience. Here at Sintesi every single aspect is taken care of in detail and this attention, step by step, will lead you to live an all-encompassing experience. The warmth of the furnishings, the right distance between the tables, the absolute professionalism of the dining room staff will be able, from the very first moments, to instill great inner peace in you. At that point you will be ready for the tasting journey that chefs Sara Scarsella and Matteo Compagnucci will have prepared for you. In this regard, I highly recommend the tasting menu which the tireless chefs manage to modulate according to the seasonality of the products and the availability of raw materials of the highest and ancestral level. The wine offering, curated by sommelier Carla Scarsella, as well as being extensive and excellently illustrated, is truly exciting! But the enthusiast who does not want to rely on pairing will find excellent, extremely interesting wineries and vintages on the list with which he can complete his experience. So I recommend, indeed, I warmly hope that you can spend a fantastic evening here at Sintesi at least once, an absolute star in the firmament of catering in the province of Rome.

Ottima esperienza, provato questo piccolo angolo nascosto, la location non rappresenta sicuramente lo stereotipo che ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante stellato, ma d'altronde mai giudicare un libro dalla copertina..... i piatti sono una scoperta del gusto con abbinamenti vivaci e pieni di gusto. Personale gentile attento e cistante, ottima cura dei particolari, davvero un ottima ed inaspettatamente esperienza.
