★★★★★ Extraordinary gastronomic experience! I had the pleasure of dining at the Sintesi Restaurant in Ariccia, and I can say without hesitation that it was a memorable experience from every point of view. From the entrance you immediately perceive the attention to detail and the relaxed but refined atmosphere, in perfect balance between contemporary elegance and welcoming warmth. The service is impeccable: courteous, attentive, never intrusive, with a deep knowledge of the dishes and wines offered. The cuisine? Simply surprising. Each dish is a symphony of flavors, textures and colors, where the raw material is the absolute protagonist. I particularly appreciated the roast cardoncello with mushroom base and crème fraîche: a dish that expresses technique, creativity and respect for the ingredient. The subsequent courses also stood out for their originality and harmony, in a crescendo that made every bite an emotion. Sintesi is not just a restaurant, but a journey into the taste and vision of two passionate chefs, who know how to transform every dish into a story. A restaurant that deserves every recognition it has received – and certainly a visit (or more!). I will definitely be back. Well done, keep it up.

The right amount of formal welcome and service, excellent preparations, a not very fortunate position which makes the work of all the staff even more worthy.

Gourmet fish restaurant.. Special.. Must try!

1 star restaurant with few seats, jovial, international atmosphere, dishes with great attention to detail, strong and convincing flavours. The chef revisits traditional dishes in a sublime and unexpected way! Original combinations that delight the palate and manage to satisfy even the most demanding palates! We really appreciated the willingness to make an extra menu for our child. At the end of the service, the chef went from table to table to introduce himself, say hello and with great humility asked for feedback on the dishes. Chapeaux! Now on with the second star!

What can I say, a unique experience, fantastic tasting, impeccable, kind and smiling staff, unique and delicious dishes, really nothing to add!

Returned after a few years. Well, what can I say. I was thrilled at the first meeting, today I was completely enchanted! I won't spoil things for you, since everyone has their own preferences and orientations, but one thing must be said, that risotto is embarrassing... Never eaten such a good risotto!!!! Overall, they have a knack for playing the balance between textures, flavor and acidity that when it seems like you're getting tired, here comes another course that makes you say "I still had some room for this". They are able to make your taste buds always on alert, but never saturated! Thank you, thank you and thank you! See you next time guys! You are very strong!

A perfect meal starts off well and keeps getting better, each course is better than the one before. This is where we found that perfect meal. It’s a little out of the way from Rome but I’d make that detour again for this.

Ristorante conosciuto per caso ma che ci ha davvero stupiti.. ragazzi giovani con tantissima voglia di farsi conoscere e sopratutto una bravura indescrivibile. Ho girato molti ristoranti con cucina gourmet e questo sicuramente é uno dei migliori. Ho provato il menu degustazione vegetariano con abbinamento analcolico di fermentati prodotti da loro ed é stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Bravissimi! LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI!

Io e il mio compagno siamo appassionati di ristoranti come questo, ma davvero tra le varie esperienze fatte fino ad oggi, Sintesi ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta! Abbiamo provato il menu degustazione di 9 portate.. POESIA! Abbiamo assaggiato moltissimi prodotti in diverse forme e abbinamenti davvero originali, di una raffinatezza al palato memorabile. Più che un pranzo è stato davvero un viaggio di sapori! Complimenti.
