If there's a place where mind and body can truly reconcile, it's undoubtedly Sintesi. Dining becomes a pleasant journey to discover dishes where innovation and tradition are not in opposition. Add to this a wine list that pays close attention to the local area and impeccable service, and you can truly say that a corner of paradise exists for our senses.

We had an 18th birthday party. Many guests asked us if it was a Michelin-starred restaurant because of the quality and attention to detail of the dishes.

Wonderful dinner, a 9-course menu for two with wine pairings. Beautiful, simple, elegant, and intimate location, surprising and delicious dishes, a food and wine journey not only excellent in flavor, but also fun and surprising. The dining room staff were impeccable and went the extra mile, from the welcome, to the person serving and explaining the dishes, to the engaging stories from the sommelier.

1 star Michelin, Awesome Chef, great staff. Food is a must try. Price is reasonable. We will be back. It is a wonderful experience!

My first Michelin star. It catapulted me into a world I could savor from first bite to last! I explored new flavors thanks to the nine-course tasting menu, which left me satisfied and satisfied. My kombucha experience was also unique: after exploring several unique flavors and types, I too found my own. By asking you at the beginning about any allergies or similar, the menu can be designed to exclude any items you specify. Toward the end of the evening, the chef stopped by to chat about the dinner: much appreciated. A unique experience for me, and absolutely worth it!

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The entire dinner was wonderful, thanks to the incredible staff. The seven-course tasting menu exceeded my expectations, with excellent flavors and textures, thanks in part to the interesting ingredient pairings. The venue is beautiful and well-kept, with impeccable service and high levels of professionalism.

A dream tasting menu. Perfect pairings that transport me from Abruzzo to Copenhagen and back to Lazio. I don't think I'll ever be able to go to any other restaurant but this one again.

An extraordinary lunch, with a menu and ambiance reminiscent of the flavors of the forest floor. While I wasn't entirely sold on all the courses, I found the dishes consistently consistent with the restaurant's style. The cave cardoncello mushrooms were delicious. I really appreciated the young chef's greeting at the end of the meal, a thoughtful gesture he extended to all the tables.
