Five stars are too few for a fantastic experience. The welcome and service were punctual and extremely professional, a constant pampering. The dishes were excellent and the flavors lingered in the memory. Highly recommended for those who love gourmet and signature cuisine.

What can I say? We went for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place, the courtesy, preparation, and kindness of the staff. The food was poetry for the soul. We've called it our first choice from now on. The only downside was the end of lunch. We would have happily started again even though we were full. You are a marvel. Thank you so much for choosing Castelli Romani.

A place not for everyone, where everything is refined down to the smallest detail. Undoubtedly a culinary experience... but given the prices, who knows if anyone will be able to repeat it. Everything was very good.

A truly delightful experience at this wonderful restaurant, with attention to detail and incredible service from the staff. I don't know which of the nine courses was my favorite; each was more unique and delicious than the last. Incredible flavors with sophisticated wine and food pairings. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth a visit, we had the degustation menu with 7 courses. An experience to remember with beautifully created dishes. It was wonderful to see young staff and chefs creating something extraordinary.

Unique experience! Very intimate place with a surreal atmosphere. Staff in the dining room very prepared ready to explain everything and super kind. Food of a complexity and exquisiteness beyond any rule. Combinations of flavors that I would never have dreamed of trying. Compliments to the Chef and his staff.

You can't die without going through this experience at least once! It's not just a Restaurant, it's Beauty, it's Care, it's Wisdom. The delicacy of the sound, of the spaces, of the attention, is truly exceptional. It's not the passion of love at first sight, it's the Love of those who know how to appreciate a caress that comes from the heart.

Beautiful experience for a special event.. A "surprise" gastronomic journey of 9 courses, with various extras. Welcoming atmosphere, kind and professional staff. Some dishes, with flavors sometimes intense, sometimes refined, but always original, "exploded" on the palate and had a notable persistence. Note of merit for the care of the fish-based dishes, for all the simply exquisite baked preparations (mini tacos, tartlets, puff pastry ...), for the first courses and the originality of the desserts.. And then.. opening a gourmet restaurant in Ariccia, in the temple of home cooking.. is not for everyone: for this "courage" alone, these entrepreneurial initiatives must be rewarded 😜

Seconda volta in questo stupendo ristorante e posso solo confermare la bravura di tutti dalla cucina, alla sala, al sommelier. Piatti sempre stupendi alla vista, golosi, eleganti, tecnici il giusto senza mai strafare, pani eccellenti, porzioni corrette, abbinamento vini eccellente, tra Italia, Francia e Spagna. Siete un riferimento assoluto per il nostro territorio e vi auguro solo di crescere lo meritate veramente. Grazie per la stupenda serata e ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Come da titolo, una gran bella scoperta. Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia moglie in questo bel ristorante, accogliente, moderno e con un ottimo menù. Particolarmente apprezzati gli abbinamenti con frutti e verdure fermentate. Il piatto che mi ha particolarmente colpito è stato un ramen con il coregone del lago di Nemi. Tutto il menù è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, dal servizio del pane fino al dolce, spettacolare il gelato al sedano.Veramente un bel posto, da consigliare e provare

L'Acqua Salata Restaurant

07/09/2025: The family-run restaurant is set in a very pleasant (outdoor) setting. The waitress is equally pleasant and affable (except that she later brought us a different wine than the one we ordered). The menu is rather sparse (but if it were quality, it wouldn't be a problem). Analyzing the courses (in my opinion and that of my fellow diners), the appetizers were small, with appreciable flavors. The first course was scialatielli with clams and bottarga—unpresentable! The homemade pasta still had the flour clinging to it, creating a sort of tasteless mush that detracted from both the clams and the bottarga. The fried food was mediocre and low-quality (and arrived significantly late). Luckily, I ordered the oysters to satisfy my taste buds; they were delicious. I'm not even talking about the zuppa inglese, which was neither zuppa nor zuppa. I also found the price inadequate for the amount we consumed. Essentially, these notes are simply meant to encourage the family who runs the business to try to improve the quality of their work. P.S.: I went there because I found excellent reviews. Honestly, they're incomprehensible based on my experience.
02/09/2025: Delicious place, welcoming and super friendly staff. We ate very well, the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. (The super soft octopus was top notch). The portions were generous to say the least, 🌟...we had a really good time, we will definitely be back.
