SILYA Bistrot In Roma

A warm autumn evening led us to this restaurant, where we sat outside in a wonderful Roman atmosphere, away from the tourists. We received warm service and helpful advice. Aperol Spritz and a cold platter of ham and cheese made for a wonderful start to the evening. Afterwards, we enjoyed homemade pasta, cooked and presented to perfection. It was simply wonderful, and of course, the obligatory tiramisu was a must. An absolute recommendation for anyone who appreciates authentic, down-to-earth cuisine.
