There are restaurants that you discover almost by chance and that, from the first taste, you understand that they will permanently enter your favorites list. This is exactly what happened with Silvestro, a place that, despite not being a new opening, I didn't yet know (strange, given my passion for good food!), but which after this evening I'm sure I'll want to visit many more times. The first thing that struck me was the quality of the cuisine, which turned out to be a real surprise. We opted for two spectacular risottos: one with artichokes, delicate and creamy at the right point, and the other with scamorza, saffron and salmon, a combination that left us speechless for its balance and intensity of flavours. Two dishes executed with great skill, with well-balanced ingredients and simply perfect cooking of the rice. Fish starters? Unique. Not the usual banal dishes, but true creations that enhance the raw material with tasty and never predictable combinations. The kids also ate very well: a good pizza, with light and crunchy dough, and an excellent farinata. To complete the experience, spectacular Nutella chats and impeccable service: kind, professional and attentive staff, ready to advise and make the evening even more pleasant. A welcome that makes the difference and adds value to a gastronomic offering that is already of the highest level. Ultimately, Silvestro is a restaurant to discover and recommend without hesitation. con la famiglia ho cenato in questo locale nell'immediata periferia di Torino . Buono il servizio, camerieri preparati e veloci nel servire, buona la scelta di pizze e prezzi nella media. Buona la scelta nel menu tra primi e secondi ed anche buona la selezione di birre artigianali e non . In generale giudizio positivo , da consigliare .
