Exceptional pinsa. I also tried the mixed platter and the trio of mini burgers. Really good. Highly recommended.

Excellent dinner at this restaurant nestled in the historic center of Spoleto. The food is good and plentiful. The price is also excellent. The pinsa dough is exceptional, crispy and light. I was informed that the mozzarella fiordilatte is made with vegetable rennet, which is great news for vegetarians. The waiter was very helpful.

Food was very good at lunch. They charged us 2€ each for coperto for lunch and we got nothing for it. They do that to tourists. Many other places to go in Spoleto for lunch and dinner where they dont treat you like a tourist.

I'll start by saying I ate there during the Feast of San Martino, where they offer a €25 menu: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, wine, water, and coffee.
Everything was delicious, congratulations to the restaurant management, we had a wonderful evening!

I recommend the pinza, good, cheap, and plentiful... The first courses, despite being very good, suffer from gourmet fever: small portions on large plates... Would I go back? Probably not, but the pinza...

We ordered a takeaway from here because my mother was unable to navigate the steeps steps and slopes of Spoleto, so we were very relieved to find a place that did both gluten free and deliveries! We enjoyed the GF tortelloni, the entrecote with chips, and GF pinsa (which to me was like a cross between a pizza and a foccacia - either way, it was delicious). Impressed with the delivery person having to bring the food to us on foot.

We ate last night:
Sliced entrecote steak, medium rare: the meat arrived cut into pieces, scattered randomly on the plate, with a little green salad on one side. It was very difficult to chew due to the tough parts, and I must have had some left over.
Mezzelune filled with radicchio and walnuts with a reduction of Affondatore cheeses:
Five ravioli arrived, not mezzelune, completely drowned in a "cheese" sauce.
Sparkling water
An experience not to be repeated.
It's a shame because the reviews were so good.

Finally, a real pinsa! Truly delicious, I'm talking about the gluten-free one. Abundant, high-quality toppings (I had the amatriciana), exceptional dough. I'll definitely be back.
One small flaw, if I may mention it to help improve the service even further rather than as a criticism, could be a little more attentive to the tables: I didn't receive a small plate to share the fried food, having ordered one for two people. I didn't receive ketchup or mayonnaise with the fries (not that it's essential, but I think it's almost a given). The gluten-free menu had more fried food options; I asked for two, and they were both sold out. Since I was there on a Saturday night, I understand that can happen any day, but two items sold out on the gluten-free menu might be a bit too many given the limited selection. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a wonderful discovery. Congratulations on the pinsa.
