Ate here last night. I had the pizza pincante and it was delicious. The tastiest pizza base I've had in a long time. A nice glass of wine and a bottle of water and it was ready for 20 euros. Only Italians who ate here. Recommended!

Cena tra amici molto ben riuscita. Antipasto a centrotavola arrivato non a tutti, molto buona la pinsa, anche se a Roma ne ho mangiate migliori. Accostamenti di sapori fantasiosi, prodotti di qualità ed impasto leggero e ben fatto contribuiscono a rendere la pinsa assolutamente piacevole e godibile. La pinsa dolce invece non l'ho gradita, un po' pesante, o magari avendo mangiato troppo non avevo più fame. Sul prezzo non posso dire granché, nel senso che noi abbiam speso tutto sommato poco, però eravamo "raccomandati" da un amico che ci aveva precedentemente segnalati al proprietario.

The best gluten free pizza in Spoleto! They are exquisite and the gluten-free dough is the best I have ever tried. The local people are very loving and the treatment is excellent. 100% recommend

A nice restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, the ingredients were fresh. The place was clean and tidy. We had the pinsa and they tasted well. The pinsa bread were well crafted. The food were served fast and warm. Recommended👍🏻

Scelta superlativa degli ingredienti , la cura dei piatti dei dettagli , servizio veloce cordiale professionale , rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo , lo chef giovane ma di prospettiva ! La pinza superlativa ma ho visto anche dei grandi piatti e grandi dessert torneremo presto

Yume Sushi & Grill

10/05/2025: The food is delicious. But the sushi pieces are too small (they don't match the photo on the menu). The service is bad (they try not to talk to you, they bring you food without even saying hello). It is self-service through a QR (don't expect them to take your order or explain how it works) It is quite expensive: we were 4 people (we ordered 4 sushi boards) and they charged us 100 euros.
08/05/2025: I have gone to this place several times and have always had a good time. The decor is well done and the atmosphere is pleasant. Fast service.

11/05/2025: The owner does everything, greeting you, waiting on you and cooking. Very enthusiastic and helpful in advising what to eat. Authentic food at very reasonable prices. Visited 3 times in same week. Watched him make and cook our pizzas.
01/05/2025: We had one of our best dinner here. If you visit Perugia, this place is strongly recommended. It's a true authentic Italian restaurant, the owner runs it with his heart and soul.
