Very nice hotel with attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Comfortable and modern rooms: I have never seen such a spacious shower. Excellent quality breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory options. Very kind staff: they made me a delicious cake with fruit for my birthday. They have a shuttle service that takes you to the Bisceglie stop or alternatively there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel exit.
I will definitely come back.

We booked a room at the Hotel Milano through MyDays. So far, so good.
Unfortunately, the hotel is, in plain English, in the middle of Milan, which we knew, and which wasn't a problem.
When we arrived, the receptionist overcharged us. We only had to pay the tourist tax, but he also charged us for the parking, even though we didn't arrive with a vehicle. He spoke very poor English, so we didn't notice the parking issue at first. It wasn't until we read the MyDays confirmation email how much the tourist tax actually cost.
When he tried to explain how to get to our room by car, we told him we didn't have one. He should have responded right away, but he didn't. We also received a voucher from him (which MyDays advertised), but unfortunately, it was the wrong one.
At dinner, we handed the voucher to the waiter and were told that we would only get selected menus for the voucher, which isn't really a problem. The waitress barely spoke English, but tried very hard. The receptionist was bored and gradually ran to the kitchen. When he realized he'd given us the wrong voucher, he blamed the waitress and tried to explain that we were only entitled to one free drink.
When we noticed he was overcharging us for the tourist tax, we asked the receptionist about it. He said he had asked us, which we didn't think was the case. He said he couldn't refund it to our card unless we'd paid in cash.
However, we were able to agree that we could take something from the minibar without being charged, and he left a note in the system for his colleagues.

4-star hotel in the fair area, easily accessible by car. Clean and tidy rooms, helpful service, breakfast with above average choice and quality. I am removing a star only for the annoying extra cost for parking: public transport is difficult to access in the area and the structure is designed for those arriving by car as it is possible to park in front of your room and enter through the second dedicated door. Apart from this one annoyance it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area and highly recommend it

Ristorante di un albergo situato nella estrema periferia ovest di Milano si è rivelato una vera sorpresa. Ottimo cibo ottimo servizio ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (40€a testa per primi antipasti o secondi e dolce il tutto accompagnato da 4 calici di ottimo Prosecco). Locale molto tranquillo e accogliente. Grazie al personale molto gentile .

Comfortable and clean room, room service ok. Too bad it was cold, even though we raised the temperature to the maximum, the room didn't get warm.
