Nice hotel located between Milan and Malpensa airport, convenient if your working nearby.. not so convenient if it's the city centre you want. Staff were polite and friendly. Check-in was easy, rooms were clean and comfy, bathroom with the two showerheads was a bit qwerky.. no water to drink in the room. Plenty of hangers. Ate once in the onsite restaurant and was pleasant enough. Breakfast was adequate. Wouldnt have an issue staying again if in the area.

An exceptionally good hotel, very clean, well-maintained, and managed with great attention to detail. From the moment you check in, you sense that genuine hospitality is at the forefront. The entire team is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, from reception to service and cleaning staff. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The rooms are modern, quiet, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is thoughtfully furnished and of high quality. The breakfast buffet is also exceptionally rich, fresh, and offers a wide selection. The restaurant also impresses with very good cuisine and attentive service. The shuttle service to the trade fair is particularly noteworthy, making your stay much easier. The hotel's location is ideal for trade fair visits, only about ten minutes away, yet quiet enough for restful nights. After several stays, I can say: The Hotel Silver Milano is a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality service. I highly recommend it for business trips or trade fair visits; I will definitely be back!

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. No facility when I wanted to spend time to have a business meeting in the lobby and it's noisy with loud music which prevents from taking any business call. Just to know the Shuttle service from the hotel is not free after 5 pm , it is 10 euro. Except the fancy bathtub, it didn't feel like a 4 star restaurant as I am disappointed by lack of business facilities, lack of gym n sauna facilities usually present at 4* places, average food and outdated lcd tv with bunch of apps that need logins.. The food was less than average but super expensive. Very surprising that there is no free water bottle n they keep only mineral waters in the fridge no other drinks like come but counting drinks(just water!!!) daily before checkout seems like a over hassle.

What can I say? The star rating speaks for itself. 4 stars for the location because it's 9 km from the center. But this is compensated by the peace and quiet, the birds singing, and even a wild rabbit in front of the parking lot. Perfect for one car. I highly recommend it.

The staff is super nice. The online pictures seem to show different rooms, though – the one we had was very old and not like the ones on their website. Unfortunately, everything was very unhygienic. We had a lot of ants by the sink. The breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much choice, and the hot dishes were very dry. I personally didn't like the location. Our car was parked right in front of our front door – which was great for us. Unfortunately, the door couldn't be locked. Luckily, we weren't there long.

Nice hotel, good restaurant, very friendly staff. A bit out of the way...about 25 minutes by car to the center. We'd be happy to come back.

The hotel is located a bit out of the way, but you can park your car right in front of your room. This is very convenient, especially when, like us, you have a lot of luggage.
