The complex is impeccably kept. Maid service is very good. Restaurant, albite with some restrictions due to wedding activity was excellent. The maitre went out if his way to make it up for us. Recommend Silva Suri to all visitors.

Beautiful property, well-maintained common areas, and a lovely pool. Comfortable rooms with barely adequate furnishings (low-end 3*), not soundproofed, and lacking privacy. The restaurant offers good value for money. Reception staff are sparse and can be reached by cell phone. Check-out policy: 11:00 AM, late check-out at 12:30 PM for €50, and full room rate at 6:00 PM.

Silva suri Resort is a magnificent place where to stay, clean, wonderful staff, great breakfast, with breathtaking views. One thing I can complain about is the evening meal, meduim portions, calamari where not cooked to perfection and very expensive we even had to pay extra for the sides. The meal for 4 with a bottle of wine costs us 258 euros, which for Sicily its high above normal.

29/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant, we had a huge hot and cold appetizer in 3 and 3 exquisite seafood first courses. The chef in the kitchen is noticeable. Very clean place.
24/08/2025: Excellent experience... we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance without reading any reviews. The place is clean, the staff welcoming and dedicated to providing helpful advice, and the cuisine is typical of our region: hearty, rich in flavor, yet never overwhelming. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner two more times during our week-long vacation. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism in serving your guests.
