Small restaurant in the center of Taormina, nestled in a quiet, secluded alley. The food is excellent in quality and flavor, not to mention the selection of exclusively Sicilian wines, which further enhances the flavors of the excellent cuisine. Viola and Gabriele are a true asset with their knowledge and kindness. Highly recommended!!

Superb dining and wine experience. Great service and excellent food. The waiter really knew his wines and explained it all very thoroughly :) definitely recommend it

We had a wonderful meal (surprise menu), and the wine advice was excellent. Served with understanding and, more importantly, passion. For those who prefer to avoid the crowds, this is an oasis. If I could give six stars, I would. Fantastic!

This is truly a great spot to dine. Away from the crowds in a small quaint room, you will be served modern cuisine using local ingredients by knowledgeable servers. It is worth a visit particularly if you prefer small intimate dining spots.

If you are looking for a place to try local wines, learn about them, go here! The team are extremely knowledgeable and chatting to them we learnt a lot. Our food was enjoyable and they matched our wines to it.

Do not miss this hidden gem in Taormina! This place is a natural wine spot with an incredible food menu. Sicilian classics with a modern twist, and unbelievable value! World’s away from the touristy, busy and underwhelming food you will get in the ‘popular’ spots. This place feels special and elevated, without being pretentious.

¡Qué hallazgo! Este lugar es un poco fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena buscar. La comida y los productos son absolutamente deliciosos y el conocimiento que Gabriele y Viola tienen de los vinos, muchos de los cuales son locales, para que coincida con sus opciones de comida es excepcional. Tomaron tiempo para explicar los perfiles de vino y por qué coincidían con las opciones de alimentos y hablar sobre los proveedores. El servicio fue discreto y tan amable. ¡La comida, vaya! Para mí destacaba el Gazpacho con burrata y a mi pareja le encantaban sus raviolis rellenos de carne de res en una salsa crema parmesana. Sea aventurero y pruebe este encantador menú siciliano y confíe en Gabriele para entregar en el frente de vino. Excelente, muy recomendable!

Stället såg trevligt ut utifrån så vi gick in och beställde olika pastarätter och ett glas vin. En kypare kom och frågade om vilken typ av vin som önskades och sen kom han in med två olika flaskor. Jag provade det ena och det var gott så jag valde det. Det här stället är lite för pretentiöst i förhållande till vad de bjuder på. Maten var inte riktigt varm vilket drar ner betyget ordentligt. Nej detta ställe kan jag inte rekommendera. Dyrare än deras leverans.

Ristorante Atlantis Bay

02/10/2025: This hotel is one of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at worldwide. Aside from the ideal location, the beautiful pool and sea beyond, the stunning restaurant with the most delicious array of breakfast choices, it was the staff that made this such a memorable experience. Every one we encountered was highly professional, well mannered, well turned out with impeccable english skills. The concierge was extremely helpful with dinner reservations and experiences.
29/07/2025: I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give 50 stars, I would. Just book this hotel — you won’t regret it. I did extensive research, and for the price, it’s truly the best option. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but in Taormina, many hotels are even more costly. This is a real 5-star experience — and it feels like it. From the service to the rooms, the staff’s kindness, the quality, and the location — nothing compares to Atlantis Bay. We had booked a standard queen room but were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. What a thoughtful gesture. I’m writing this from our bed, with just 48 hours left, and I already don’t want to leave. I feel genuinely sad to go. I’ve traveled all over Italy, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. We’ll definitely be back. They made our experience magical. The attention to detail is impeccable. What an unforgettable vacation!
