We had a fabulous day touring and enjoying a cooking class in the comfort and gracious hospitality of Patricia’s beautiful home. It was the most delicious meal I had had in Italy to that point, as she sets a high standard to match👍🏼👍🏼 . I would highly recommend anyone take advantage of the opportunity to spend time with her and enjoy her culinary talents! 💕

Due to scheduling conflicts, our appointment was in the evening. We wanted not only to see Sicily but also to understand it through Sicilian cuisine. Therefore, we booked a cooking class. It was pure chance that we had such a wonderful experience. Patricia was such a warm and talented guide that evening that it was the highlight of our Sicilian trip. Sicily captivates with its simple yet sophisticated dishes. We learned so much. I now also love Mellanzani, and we regularly make Caponata at home. We wished the evening would never end; it was so wonderful. Recommendation: book the course directly with Patricia; philosophizing with her is unforgettable. All the best, Patricia

Patrizia was very welcoming and an excellent hostess. The experience was pleasant and the food was good... a truly beautiful location!
I recommend Patrizia pay more attention to detail... the bread wasn't from the freezer after the first round... the portions were adequate but not abundant... and the overall cleanliness could be a little better! A lovely evening! Recommended!

Truly amazing experience … I would even go as far to say it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip in Italy. From start to finish Patrizia made our wine tasting experience feel like we were truly at home with a friend. It was supposed to be a wine tasting of Sicilian wines and cheeses but not only that , we ended up tasting pastas and other dishes she cared to share with us while recanting stories and talking about Sicily. Truly a one of a kind experience that is ABSOLUTELY worth it and will definitely be back again !

If you're planning to do anything while in Sicily, make sure this is at the top of your list! My friend and I chose the country house cooking class with Patrizia, and it was truly unforgettable. We took the train from Palermo to Santo Stefano, where Patrizia warmly greeted us and drove us to her stunning country home nestled in the mountains. The setting was picturesque, and Patrizia welcomed us with open arms, sharing her passion for cooking and Sicilian hospitality. We prepared a delicious meal together, sipped wine, and enjoyed wonderful conversation. It was a unique and enriching experience, unlike anything we've done before. This is an absolute must if you're in the Palermo or Santo Stefano area
