Me and my family had such a lovely time there tonight, the view was absolutely beautiful! We were sat right next to the temple close enough to touch! The food was the best we had our whole stay in Italy and would go there again in a heartbeat. The staff were so accommodating and lovely they brought us blankets when it got cold out such little details that made a huge difference. A truly wonderful experience! We really had such a great time thank you!!

THE BEST RESTAURANT IN TIVOLI
Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Tivoli for food, location, and service. I've been there countless times, and it's a sure thing. The location is a dream, with outdoor tables surrounding the temple, and the indoor dining room is equally stunning. The staff is highly trained and attentive. The food is all delicious, both meat and fish, and the wine list is extensive and high-quality. As for the food, besides its delicious flavor, the portions are also very generous. The value for money is excellent. With Sibilla, you can't go wrong and you're sure to make a great impression. It's the ideal place to celebrate an important or romantic event.

Got the gnocchi and it was good but slightly salty with the sun dried tomatoes that accompanied it. Many great food options and people in the group I ate in had very tasty meals but mine I didn’t care for as much. That being said the actual gnocchi was very delicious and well made. If you can sit outdoors by the water that is ideal. Very beautiful location and kind staff. Prices were high and I don’t know that I would come back.

Incredible dining experience. The location beside the ancient Temple of Vesta and the waterfall is magnificent. Excellent food and prompt service. The duck main seemed to be particularly popular. Handy half bottles of Barolo served.

Wonderful restaurant in Tivoli, inside a beautiful ancient temple and beneath the waterfalls of the Aniene River. Stunning garden, beautiful rooms, excellent service, breathtaking views, delicious food. Highly recommended.

Il ristorante è un top della qualità per l' area tiburtina e non solo.
È sempre un approdo sicuro per una cena tra amici, in famiglia o romantica.
Luoghi e location con tanta Storia, dove hanno mangiato, principi e reali, che impone di provare la cucina se si è in zona, anche per una gita turistica.
Se poi si viene all'imbrunire, in una serata estiva, mangiare sotto il secolare pergolato, con la vista del meraviglioso tempio romano di oltre duemiladuecento anni fa è un' esperienza imperdibile.
