The best restaurant we have dined at.
Michelin Star very old circa 1720 with breathtaking views from the Tce.
What more can I say it was perfect in every way and is a must to visit if you’re at Tivoli or Hadrian’s Palace.
The drivers cannot go into the old village so a short walk is required 10 min the driver will wait outside the town.
Probs not suitable for disabled of inferm peeps as the streets can be steep.
That is an experience in its self as the surrounding community is very old.
The Resturant is on the site of the Tivoli Roman Forum.
And of courses the foods was perfect.

Lovely restaurant, great service and delicious food. The pasta al vongole was by far the best i have had in Italy!

In Tivoli the most enchanting place to eat - surrounded by beauty and pampered by the staff. Of course I'm talking about the outside where there is no competition. The owner always has a guarantee that keeps its strong points unchanged. I don't add photos because the existing production is already large. However, it is definitely more impressive in person.

A magical place with top food and location. For a romantic evening, an important dinner or a ceremony can only be the right place.

Superb setting at the foot of a temple with a view of the city. Your choice of a terrace under the wisteria or different indoor rooms.
Kitchen a little uneven. Remarkable dishes but overcooked meat in the oven.
Smiling service but for a restaurant of this standing could be improved (do not clear our plates with dirty plates from another table in hand, ……)

Il ristorante è un top della qualità per l' area tiburtina e non solo.
È sempre un approdo sicuro per una cena tra amici, in famiglia o romantica.
Luoghi e location con tanta Storia, dove hanno mangiato, principi e reali, che impone di provare la cucina se si è in zona, anche per una gita turistica.
Se poi si viene all'imbrunire, in una serata estiva, mangiare sotto il secolare pergolato, con la vista del meraviglioso tempio romano di oltre duemiladuecento anni fa è un' esperienza imperdibile.

Oggi 7 Dicembre abbiamo pranzato all'aperto sotto il tempio della Sibilla Albunea. Semplicemente location unica... Ottimo pranzo con piatti della tradizione leggermente rivisitati. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Un grazie particolare alla persona che ci ha consigliato il bianco locale Est Est Est che si abbinava perfettamente ai piatti scelti. Complimenti a tutta la brigata.
