Ate two spectacular fish first courses. Their fish carbonara has no competitors. The off-menu dessert, the revisited chocolate babà with Chantilly cream.... I would have taken 15 more 😂 all accompanied by their shibumi wine/beer. Truly everything Top 👍. Returned today 8/25/24. It's a delight for the palate.... 🤤🤤🤤

Before our return from holiday, my husband and I decided to have dinner in this restaurant and we couldn't have made a better choice. Nice environment, menu with a wide choice, we opted for the fish, very fresh not to mention the highly sought after wine list. Well done to all the staff, we had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back as soon as we are in the area.

All the staff are very kind and extremely prepared. For each dish they explain the ingredients and are very attentive to any allergies/intolerances. The food is amazing and the combinations are always special. The environment of the place is very nice.

The environment is spacious and cared for down to the smallest detail. We had dinner in the garden accompanied by good background music which made the atmosphere even more relaxing and a touch romantic. The super welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable dining room staff manages to "involve" you and advise you on the choice of wines and dishes. It is an ambitious, refined cuisine, where flavors and textures are combined and studied down to the smallest detail. The curiosity to taste different proposals is great and the seafood carbonara was something amazing!!! The portions are generous. The only less positive note is the rigidity of the chairs. We always happily come back!!

We're al verde offers refined and experimental cuisine combined with delicious wines, many of which are ancestral, which are expertly accompanied with all meals. The service is impeccable and if you are curious to know more about the wines you are drinking, the sommelier at Siamo al Verde will explain the characteristics of the wine and the winemaking methods, also giving information on the producer. A true culinary orgasm experience! Highly recommended if you are in Rimini or surrounding areas.

Excellent restaurant, although tried and tested, which works meticulously and prepares dishes that are not at all obvious. With the tasting you "experience" an above average cuisine, aimed above all, but not only, at those who want something more than the usual Riviera offer. Even for the wines that stand out, few among other things are of niche, bottles obtained with ancestral and organic methods prevail, for a sensation different from the usual, well-explained wines aimed at a consumer who is attentive or well disposed to particular fragrances. To be recommended and perhaps tried again with the à la carte menu. Only flaw but perhaps subjective , when dining outdoors the lights can be a little too low and create a candlelight effect which is not always sought after because it partially nullifies the meticulousness of the preparations. Price in line with the offer, considering the non-trivial preparations.
