Siamo Al Verde In Rimini

Very happy to have discovered this restaurant. Excellent service, super friendly waiters and always ready to give good advice. Excellent food, menu with particular and well-studied dishes. I will definitely return there on a next occasion.

Business dinner with colleagues at this restaurant just outside Rimini. Convenient parking, clearly visible location. We tasted almost the entire menu and all together we agreed that the dishes are of the highest quality. Excellent raw materials and preparations guarantee a mouth-watering evening. The wines are also excellent. There is little to say, but a lot to experience. If you have any doubts about We are at Green, the only way to resolve them will be to try the cuisine. I can't wait to return to Rimini to further taste their cuisine. Super recommended for those with taste; not recommended for those without.

We stopped on a Sunday for lunch, it was a pleasant discovery, excellent service, special and truly enjoyable dishes.

There were 6 of us for lunch on Sunday. We were welcomed and placed at a nice table, well set. We were brought an entree of burrata foam with crumble of Taggiasca olives, then we ordered à la carte. Pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the dishes and even more so by the taste. Not an obvious wine list, we drank a rosé from Valsamoggia. Great service! Well done everyone, we will definitely be back.

Elegant and refined environment, with attention to the smallest details. Excellent quality of raw materials, everything delicious at excellent prices. Dishes beautifully presented and of good aesthetic taste. But the characteristics that in my opinion make this place unique are the kindness and friendliness of the staff, very knowledgeable about the choice of dishes and wines, always kind and helpful. Professionalism, quality and customer care. Can you ask for more?

We were welcomed and pampered in a beautiful experience thanks to the 7-course chef's menu, 4 glasses of chosen wines and the professionalism and elegance of the staff. I can add that the wines I drank really amazed me, both for the goodness and variety of aromas and flavors but also for the post-dinner effect (no headaches, no heartburn) Top, I will definitely be back! Thanks guys you made us feel great!

E direi che, visto il titolo, come recensione potrebbe già far capire quanto apprezziamo Siamo al Verde, ma andiamo oltre. Dopo un paio di visite estive torniamo a pranzo domenica scorsa assaggiando il menù Rimini-Tokio, un mix di sapori jappo romagnoli che definirei eccellente; poi Matteo ti propone il menù degustazione porcini e tartufo del primo novembre e non vuoi tornare? Nulla da aggiungere se non ottima cena. Alta qualità delle materie prime, presentazione dei piatti con una cura che alcuni sembrano dipinti, dolci squisiti, A completare il tutto accoglienza, cortesia e preparazione di Matteo e del suo staff, ma questa non è una novità bensì una conferma, come quanto espresso dalla cucina dove lo chef è veramente capace di creare goduria per il palato. Sempre un vero piacere a tutto tondo concedersi qualche ora in questo ristorante, bravi! A presto, Silvia e Marco.

Interessante locale, arredamento fuori dal comune, tavoli ben distanziati , ma senza tovaglia, che ricordano un apparecchiatura stile giapponese ( personalmente apprezzo la tavola tradizionale). Con il bel tempo gli spazi esterni, possono essere ben sfruttati da adulti e bambini. Locali Luminosi , con camerieri molto professionali, cantina sin troppo articolata per gli standard locali, con una scelta di vini che non premia il territorio, ma dove si possono trovare proposte molto interessanti. I piatti curatissimi, dei tanti assaggiati ricordo il carpaccio di gamberi e il tonno, veramente notevoli, fritto di pesce esuberante, tagliata di manzo perfetta, le “semplici” tagliatelle al ragù antico da ricordare. Unico neo il servizio un po’ lento, ma forse la colpa è stata del gruppo che ha scelto tanti piatti e in ordine sparso. Sicuramente ci ritornerò in compagnia di commensali meno confusionari. Ampio parcheggio, che non guasta.
