I was passing by and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent food, small portions just how I like it so I could try many different dishes! Fast service and attentive and kind staff. Congratulations 👍

We were regular customers since the opening, until one evening we were served a plate of grilled shrimp that smelled terrible. When it was time to send it back, the owner, very annoyed, insisted that he thought they were fine, and did not apologize at all for what happened. In addition to this, the portions of (good) sushi have visibly decreased over time - but the prices obviously have not! Udon and ravioli are tasty, and the environment is certainly the nicest among the Japanese in Reggio, but if professionalism and attention to the customer are lacking, it is not enough. As other users have also pointed out, the biggest problem is the attitude of the owner and the poor service from the inexperienced waiters. If I rate the restaurant with three stars instead of two it is only because apart from this (serious) incident in the past we have always eaten very well, but in any case we have not returned.

I ate with my colleagues, the food is good, everything is good quality, excellent service, the waiters are very kind. They even gave us a discount. I will come to visit you soon, for sure.
