20/10/2024: It's not like it used to be. The food is okay, once (opening period and subsequent years) it was much better. The place is large but it needs to be renovated. All the chairs (at least at my table) were lopsided and moved. The cutlery was not in the bag or there were double knives or double forks. Staff however fast but not very helpful. Unfortunately, the customers also do their part... but this has nothing to do with the place, even if they could have someone supervise the buffet... I've seen people take the food with their fork or even with their hands, choose the shrimp after taking it and then putting it back in its place. Or take the fruit with your hands and then put it back because it is perhaps too or underripe... I hope they recover because the place deserves it.
