Very interesting dinner, beautiful and good dishes, always very balanced and delicate. The place has great potential. Super recommended

The hotel is located inside a historic building of considerable charm, particularly evident in the frescoed roof of the relaxation room. The room reserved for me was large, however very basic, as there was a small recess used as a wardrobe, also occupied by the piece of furniture containing the fridge/safe, which however essentially allowed you to hang coats with a shelf at the top: I found it not very functional for who would need to unpack their suitcase. Similarly, in the room there was only a table, a chair and a stool, a shelf would have been useful, but also a simple waste basket, and for a structure of its level it would have been appreciated also to find some water available, in addition to the paid one in the fridge. Large shower (but the shower tray would need maintenance), spacious beds, with very soft linen, but my mattress was slightly sunken compared to my taste. The starred restaurant, as well as the breakfast, are worth the cost of the visit alone. The chef's dishes are tasty, refined, tasty, and the dining room staff perfectly manages to describe the thought behind each dish. Extremely large cellar, as it should be for a starred wine. The Spa is small but comfortable, being able to have it reserved facilitates relaxation. All the staff at the property are absolutely kind, helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Definitely coming back!

Piatti squisiti, uno più buono dell’altro. Personale gentilissimo e molto competente. Una menzione, in particolare, va al maitre Dario, che ci ha coccolati con la sua cortesia ed esperienza nei vini etnei (e non solo). Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Assolutamente consigliato, bravi!

Absolute gem of a hotel and restaurant on the middle of this charming quiet mountainous town. Very stylish hotel reception leading through to outdoor restaurant of only 5 tables (more inside). The whole meal was expertly cooked, presented, served, described - and we enjoyed every one of the 7 courses to the max. Would recommend this to couples and families alike. Thank you Shalai !
