Extremely kind and smiling staff, top-quality food, and simply wonderful reservations. Lots of vegan options, including "vegan salmon" and "vegan tuna." New flavors and creative combinations that are a delight for the palate. Finally, a place where vegans don't have to settle for two measly choices! Highly recommended! The atmosphere is refined, elegant, and very clean. The owner (the gentleman at the counter?) is truly delightful and knows how to treat customers. Tuesday was our second time at Shabu, but we'll be back regularly to enjoy your delicious dishes.

The best all-you-can-eat sushi! The place is beautiful, there's no strong smell inside, and they use the 3-course-at-a-time rule, so you leave satisfied with what you've eaten and not too full! There's less choice in terms of fish, but what they do have is excellent! The only downside: at lunch, despite the price of the meal, which is slightly lower than that of dinner, there's less choice in the evening, too many things off the menu. Otherwise, it's amazing 💫🫵🏼 ideal for celiacs or vegetarians! Worth it.
