We went for lunch choosing the open sushi option, with the aim of eating until we were full. The fish was good and of good quality, but the open sushi formula allowed you to order only 3 dishes at a time, which due to the somewhat slow service meant that after a short while we were already hungry. Furthermore, the portions are quite small (2 pieces for a portion of ravioli, 4 pieces for uramaki). Overall it's a good place but at lunch it doesn't allow much choice, as most dishes require an addition of €2/3.

We stopped by chance, and apart from the place being nice, welcoming and above all clean, the food was large and excellent portions. I think it's the best sushi we've eaten so far and we're from Rome. I highly recommend and also kudos to the professional staff.

The venue presents itself very well: the environment is elegant, with attention to detail and with a wide fusion offering. The ordering system, based on three dishes at a time, allows you to taste different combinations. However, the quality of the food does not live up to the service and aesthetics of the dishes. Although the dishes are visually appealing, the excessive use of sauces completely covers the flavors, making it difficult to distinguish the quality of the ingredients. The quantity of rice is disproportionate to the fish, which is scarce and, unfortunately, not particularly fresh. A detail that deserves attention concerns the refilled water bottles: the water is good and the system is appreciable, but it would be advisable to wash the bottles more frequently. Ultimately, a place with great potential, but which should focus more on the quality of the raw materials to offer a truly satisfying gastronomic experience.

All you can eat a little more refined than usual, in fact they don't have many Chinese things but only Japanese. The menu is a bit limiting, full of things that can be ordered by paying separately compared to the all you can eat... even simple things like prawn skewers...

Passandoci davanti in auto mi sono incuriosito e mi sono ripromesso di andarci alla prima occasione possibile. Detto, fatto! Essendo sempre aperto a nuove esperienze di natura culinaria, ho prenotato tramite la loro piattaforma. Esternamente devo dire che non ha niente di particolare, ma appena entrato ho respirato aria di modernità e tranquillità. Siamo stati accolti dal personale giovane che ci ha subito portato al tavolo. Atmosfera tranquilla, elegante ma quanto basta per non farti sentire a disagio. Essendo la nostra prima volta nel locale ci hanno subito spiegato come funziona la "Open cena". Abbiamo gustato piatti ben costruiti, piacevoli sia alla vista che al palato. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti? certamente! ... ci ritornerò sicuramente.
