Parlare della qualità di Shabu (perlomeno questa sede) è quasi superfluo. Ottimi piatti e super veloci nel servirli. Molto positivo anche il cambio di formula che permette di essere meno vincolati. Ma parliamo del fattore principale della recensione. La cordialità e la professionalità. Purtroppo sono allergico ai gamberi e questo mi crea un problema con il sushi. Qualsiasi contaminazione sarebbe altamente problematica. Appena comunicato il problema hanno subito cambiato coltello e tagliere. Per poi cambiare guanti a ogni preparazione per non rischiare di contaminare nulla. Assolutamente presenti per chiedere se andava tutto bene. La ragazza che gestisce il posto è simpatica e preparata. Un aggiunta di qualità al ristorante. Caffè offerto (buono tra l’altro). Sicuramente ci andrò di nuovo, visto che è l’unico ristorante Sushi che ha effettivamente preso seriamente questa allergia.
