Rooms, structure and projection ok, excellent, also because everything is new. The (few) kind staff present. The problem is, in fact, the lack of staff to manage the restaurant service. Last night, at 7.20pm we arrived and there were a lot of people. Only one person dedicated to the preparation of the food, with the "panel" indicating the numbers being prepared and those ready not working... It was chaos also because, understandably, the only person responsible for the preparation had gone a little "ballsy" ". Luckily, a rather well-prepared boy arrived who gave a big hand in the preparation etc. Otherwise I really think we wouldn't have been able to eat and then see the film and we would probably have had to give up the meal and the refund. Last Tuesday I went with a friend and since there were very few people everything was fine. The bottom line is that there is a lack of staff for the kitchen on weekends at least. Parlare della qualità di Shabu (perlomeno questa sede) è quasi superfluo. Ottimi piatti e super veloci nel servirli. Molto positivo anche il cambio di formula che permette di essere meno vincolati. Ma parliamo del fattore principale della recensione. La cordialità e la professionalità. Purtroppo sono allergico ai gamberi e questo mi crea un problema con il sushi. Qualsiasi contaminazione sarebbe altamente problematica. Appena comunicato il problema hanno subito cambiato coltello e tagliere. Per poi cambiare guanti a ogni preparazione per non rischiare di contaminare nulla. Assolutamente presenti per chiedere se andava tutto bene. La ragazza che gestisce il posto è simpatica e preparata. Un aggiunta di qualità al ristorante. Caffè offerto (buono tra l’altro). Sicuramente ci andrò di nuovo, visto che è l’unico ristorante Sushi che ha effettivamente preso seriamente questa allergia.
