Pizza that would like to go beyond the gourmet one but should be more specified with photos attached on the menu with qr, because if I order a pan pizza it should be a whole pizza and not 4 pieces seasoned with good raw materials, but if I want a pan pizza I imagine a whole one... for the rest I will try the location again in a period where I hope the place is 100% active and functional, because it is too chaotic and noisy... not the fault of those who work there but as often happens it is the fault of the customers

Pizza (I took the classic one, but it really has a lot of options!) wonderful 😍 well seasoned, soft and tasty dough, to eat on the edge without missing the seasoning! Excellent digestibility, without excess salt.. Really happy! Highly recommended!

Sforketta Pizzeria is a place that focuses entirely on the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of its pizzas. The Gricia pizza, with fiordilatte, pecorino romano, smoked bacon and Sarawak black pepper, is one of the specialties to try. Mascarpone as a dessert is creamy and delicious, ideal for a sweet end to the meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly, making every visit a pleasure.

For about 6 months now Sforketta has become a regular stop, even though we are not from the area and we have to travel more than 20 minutes... but trust me, it's totally worth it!
Various types of choices, particular combinations and above all excellent quality!
The desserts are also worth trying, I particularly recommend the fig sorbet. Very kind staff, they also respond easily on WhatsApp if you can't call them.
The only very small flaw, the waiting times were too long
But despite this, it remains and will remain a fixed stop
Super recommended!

I went to this pizzeria with friends, the pizza was good and the ingredients were good too, it's a shame that there weren't fresh mushrooms but only sautéed mushrooms. The waitress a little overzealous.

Ho cenato qui con amici ed onestamente credo di aver mangiato una delle migliori pizze degli ultimi anni, al topinambur e pancetta, una cosa strepitosa! Locale carino, con un menù suddiviso tra pizze classiche ed alla piastra, con impasto più leggero. Molto interessante la varietà di gusti ed abbinamenti. Servizio OK e conto nella norma

Un posto carino, minimal ma attenti al particolare come darti un gancio da tavolo per la borsetta. Pizze molto buone dove anche le “semplici” sono un po’ gourmet. Impasto leggero. Servizio veloce. Prezzi nella media
