Really good pizza. No doubt about it. My only regret is that the pizza selection is so limited, especially for takeout. Two years later, there's more choice, and the pizzas are slightly larger.

Truly, truly top-notch pizza: Neapolitan-style crust, beautifully leavened.
We had a simple Margherita with buffalo mozzarella, but it was explosive with flavors. Prices are fair and reasonable.
A year after my review, I can confirm what I wrote above! Last night we returned to Sforketta and ate there. The staff was all young, very knowledgeable, and organized.
Congratulations to all of you again.

The best pizza I've ever eaten. In addition to the classics, there are seasonal variations that are truly worth trying. The desserts are equally as good. All served with a smiling and courteous staff. For me, the only real pizza.

One of my go-to pizzerias for many years, a sure thing that never disappoints. The dough is excellent, light, and highly digestible, a quality that demonstrates great attention to preparation and the selection of raw materials.
The selection is wide and well-structured: from the traditional round pizza to the thicker and softer pan pizza, both offered with a wide selection of consistently fresh, high-quality ingredients. Also noteworthy are the desserts, handcrafted in-house, which round out the experience with flavor and satisfaction.
An unmissable experience for all pizza lovers: a stop that is absolutely worth trying.

Excellent pizzas, varied and very unique. Very friendly staff. They also take great care in the desserts and beverage selection. The only downside is the noise; it's a bit difficult to talk.
