Excellent pizza, more expensive than a common pizza but the price is fully justified by the use of selected, quality ingredients. Good choice of craft beers or special beers that make the meal even more pleasant. Service equally good. Better to book.

Really really top pizza: high edge in Neapolitan style, a nice leavening. We took a simple margherita with buffalo mozzarella but it was atomic in its flavours. Fair and correct prices. Quick and very friendly staff. Fantastic, I recommend it.

Sforketta e’ un locale moderno gestito con grande professionalità, le materie prime sono di alta qualità e le garniture eccellenti. Il personale è impeccabile, gentile e competente, il menù della pizzeria è moderno con gusti innovativi e perfettamente amalgamati (non troverete le “solite” proposte) … p.s. : per chi avesse dubbi sulla qualità fatevi spiegare le procedure di prenotazione e la lunga ricerca che c’è dietro ai vari impasti proposti. 10 e LODE !!! Brave Ragazze

La pizza e davvero buonissima, impasto digeribile e ben lavorato , prodotti utilizzati di qualità altissima. Il personale è professionale, educato e davvero accogliente. Prezzi ragionevoli . Continuate così...

02/08/2024: I had dinner last night at the Mimi' restaurant with a friend, we had a good time both in terms of location, we dined outside, and in terms of food, very good, the waiters very nice and helpful. I recommend it👍
