Excellent, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A historic establishment that has successfully reinvented itself, they offer both a traditional menu, featuring typical Bolognese dishes prepared according to tradition, and a more creative and imaginative seasonal selection, all delicious.
With the first courses, they always serve a small, soft sandwich and a small bowl of vegetables. Water and a cover charge are included in the price of the main courses.
The staff are very attentive and friendly, with prompt service.
Takeaway is also available, as are fresh pasta, tortellini, lasagna, and other specialties, as well as traditional desserts.

In a typically Bolognese atmosphere, I enjoyed authentic and flavorful dishes. The tortellini, surprisingly fresh and flavorful, were the highlight of the dinner. Fair prices and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the line, I felt warmly welcomed. A sincere and genuine place, definitely worth returning to.

We visited Sfoglia Rina in Casalecchio di Reno and found a minimalist yet thoughtful menu, with options to suit a variety of dietary needs. The dishes were truly delicious, with meticulous attention to detail. The restaurant is welcoming and bright thanks to natural light. A pleasant experience that I highly recommend!

Beautiful place, kind and helpful waiters and SUPERLATIVE traditional Bolognese food, as a Bolognese I can say that it is one of the best places to eat traditional Bolognese food in Bologna, pasta handmade by them and very fresh, a real delicacy!
