Amazing! A perfect format, a small shop with a kitchen in the heart of Bologna, perfect for young people, workers on break, and the (many) tourists; the menu revolves around traditional first courses, well-crafted and made with quality ingredients. Fresh pasta, filled or not, reigns supreme...tortellini (I Tortellini!), lasagna, tagliatelle, ravioli...all excellent and available at the counter so you can try making the dishes at home. Takeaway is also available. There are also a variety of desserts to round off your meal.
The staff is young, lively, fast, polite, and knowledgeable...well done!
The prices are spot on.
Beware, it's very popular...expect the line outside (but it's worth it!). Thank you!

Best pasta experience you could have. The staff is attentive, food is homemade, prices are reasonable and transparent (coperto and service is included in the price). They also give you complimentary break, side dish, and bread. Tortellini is amazing there. Totally recommend.

Visited solo. Seated quickly and staff were friendly.
Food was excellent, especially the lasagna. Very fairly priced.
Comfortable atmosphere for eating alone.
Would absolutely return, my favourite place I tried in Bologna!

For us, Sfoglia Rina is a place where you can truly experience authentic Bolognese cuisine. The atmosphere is lively, warm, and genuine, just as you'd expect from a traditional pasta osteria.
The food delighted us with its freshness and intense flavor. The homemade pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauces were aromatic and wonderfully balanced—every dish was a real highlight.
The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed. We definitely recommend this restaurant and would happily return anytime.
