Sfoglia Rina In Bologna

There is a reason why there is always a queue. One of the best places in Bologna to try traditional pasta.

We went at 1:00 p.m. and waited until mid-hour and entered. Everything well organized. You write on a table what you want, water, bread and garnish enter the plate. Very good price. I had a lasagna and it was delicious. 100% recommended.

I loved it! Super well organized, very good. We couldn't resist, we tasted the pasta and lasagna (while passing through Bologna) The price of the dish includes water, bread and a side dish, really value for money, nothing to say! It was a treat. We didn't wait long (came at 12:30 p.m., there were 2 of us) little wait. €37.80 for 3 dishes and water!

A good place, super traditional and with a lot of life... you may have to wait a little in line, but it's worth it. The tables can be shared, but the pasta is worth it. If you only want to buy pasta, you don't need to wait in line. But Bologna deserves a lunch/dinner here

We had to queue for 20 to 30 minutes to get in, but it was worth it, the pasta was really delicious. Very attentive staff. Totally recommended.

This is a very popular pasta shop and eatery along Via Castiglione. Opening hours are 9am to 9pm daily. We passed by around 12pm and found a very long queue outside for those wanting to eat in. If you are doing take-away you can skip this queue and go inside, walk over to the pasta counter for fresh (uncooked) or take-away prepared pasta orders. which is what we did. We tried their lasagna alla bolognese and toretlloni with butter and sage which we took back to our apartment to enjoy there. The lasagna was pretty good, looser in preparation compared to others we ate while in Bologna but still good. The Tortelloni was very good good, nice ricotta filling with the butter and strong sage flavour. It was delicious. Would happily reorder and try other pastas available at Stoglia Rina next time around. Overall, this was a fun pasta experience in Bologna.

L’idea era di fare un veloce pranzetto con un primo emiliano e un buon bicchiere di Pignoletto e poi riprendere la visita della città. In effetti il cibo è stato all’ altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto i tortellini in brodo..top! Solo l’attesa troppo lunga , un paio d’ore, troppo per un posto così, tipo fast food (anche se di qualità, naturalmente).
