La pasta è davvero fantastica!!! Non stupitevi se fuori ci fosse coda, tutto normale! Fate solo occhio al fatto che alle 20 la cucina chiude quindi andate prima! Personale gentilissimo! Simpaticissima l’idea di scriverai l’ordine con un tagliere ! Arredamento molto originale Complimenti a tutti voi! Anche chi è dietro le quinte e non si vede : fate un ottimo lavoro ! GRAZIE 🙏

I don't know who to pray to and where to put candles to get into this institution, because this is the only place where there is a constant queue at the entrance, but nevertheless it is absolutely worth coming here: - an interesting order format, where there is a piece of paper on each table, where you have to write the order yourself and hand it to the waiter - there is traditional, with excellent classic dishes such as stew, and a varied weekly menu that is constantly new - the taste of the dishes is just top ❤️ I waited 3 days to get there without waiting in line and the effort paid off. I do not recommend repeating, because it is safer to stand in line

Foodie friends from Bologna and beyond, prepare your palates because today I'm taking you to a true temple of fresh pasta: Sfoglia Rina! 🍝✨ After an hour or so of queuing, I managed to cross the threshold of this pasta factory in the heart of Bologna and, believe me, the experience was even better than expected! As soon as you enter Sfoglia Rina, you are surrounded by an air of authenticity and tradition. The counter is a riot of colors and scents: perfect tortellini, steaming lasagna, handmade tagliatelle, and a variety of fillings that make your head spin. The environment is simple, without frills, but immediately conveys the passion for good fresh pasta made like it used to be. You can sense the care and love for the raw materials, and seeing the ladies at work is almost a spectacle! I tried the Tortellini in Brodo: A timeless classic of Bolognese cuisine, here elevated to the nth degree. The filling was tasty and delicate at the same time, the pastry thin and the broth warm and comforting. A true hug for the soul! 😍

Lovely place! The staff is very nice! It’s quite affordable—no coperto, no service fee. However, in terms of taste, I’d say it’s just average or maybe just a lil bit better by Bologna standards.

This is my favorite restaurant in Bologna. I visited it twice over my 2.5 day trip to Bologna. These classics are a must - Tortellini in Brodo, lasagna and tagliatelle Al Ragi If their menu has the panna cotta with salted caramel and peanuts then you have to order it. The server gave us a tip to try the caramel and peanuts without the panna cotta. It is was a great tip bc it rivaled the best caramel that I had in Japan. Be prepared to wait as they don’t take reservations but it is worth the wait.

31/03/2025: Recommended place, even for celiacs! The place is historic and I had last been there a few years ago. I returned on a Saturday evening for a family dinner and found the place modernized. The venue also includes a small, very tactical children's area, very good! The staff is always courteous and attentive, very good! The menu is large and varied. I personally am gluten intolerant and I was pleasantly surprised: crescentine, traditional Bolognese first courses, pizzas. All gluten-free and on a separate menu! We spent €35/40 per text taking starter, first course, second course and dessert. Prices are normal. I will definitely be back to try other gluten-free dishes! Thanks to all the staff

06/04/2025: Been today. Tasted a trio of first courses, refined and "new" flavours. Good presentations. Excellent service.
04/04/2025: Everyone / the food was delicious - great choice of red wine , the homemade spaghetti and ragu as my starter was amazing ….. and then I had the Collette!!!! Cooked with ham and cheese and smothered in the most delicious cheese / mushroom / cream sauce …. Wow !!! Take a side salad which is freshly made as the potatoes will fill you out loooollll and the salad was spot on Now for desert I had a home made pastry ( crostata) tart and with a very nice glass red desert wine ( all wines are local !) Can hardly move now and need a siesta Def def worth visiting
