Sfizio is a refined restaurant located in the heart of Milan, inside the Rosa Grand hotel in Piazza Fontana, a few steps from the Duomo. Characterized by an elegant and modern setting, with soft lighting and an intimate atmosphere, it offers a cuisine that reinterprets Italian classics with local and seasonal ingredients. Chef Bruno Cefalà offers creative and well-prepared dishes, such as licorice risotto with lemon-flavored Mazara red shrimp tartare. Sfizio combines gastronomic quality, attentive service and a central location. The tasting menu and the well-selected wine list make the experience even more complete and enjoyable. Fun Italian restaurant. The portions were overall rather small, but flavor wise very good! Would recommend to reserve upfront. I had fish as a starter (8.3/10) and the pasta aglio e oilo (8.5/10). Would go back!

The food here is amazing! We came by for dinner and we were greeted with excellent customer service. I got the risotto and sea bass. I never really like risotto back in the States and decided to give it a try again here and I finished it in less than 2 minutes. It was delicious. It changed my entire opinion on risotto. My husband had the spaghetti and veal. He was raving about both dishes. I highly recommend for dinner.

A polished table located in the heart of Milan, just behind the duomo. The setting is chic and charming, the subdued and calm atmosphere will allow you to enjoy the delicious dishes while chatting quietly, without background hubbub. The dishes are refined and original, there is real research in each of the plates. The portions are reasonable without being too small or imposing. The staff is really friendly and attentive, they will be able to advise you on clothing. Our server was able to guide us efficiently through the rich wine list and we were very satisfied with our choice. I therefore highly recommend this establishment.
