27/04/2025: There is no doubt that in this typical trattoria surrounded by nature, authenticity and goodness are the real strong point. Flavors and aromas of the past: as already mentioned by other reviewers, everything is produced on site and even the farms are owned. Met Mr. Gino who is the owner, a person who goes out of his way for customers... and so far nothing to complain about; the problem is the organization and the service, the owner instead of being at the cash register you find him acting as head waiter, waiter, he has the habit of shouting and obviously running... for goodness sake, to some all this might even seem "characteristic" and that one should pay attention to concreteness rather than form, but the problem is that in reality all this inevitably leads to errors, also because the rest of the dining room staff is equally improvised and careless. I highly recommend improving this aspect, slowing down the pace, adding menus, taking orders on slips of paper, widening the possibility of choosing dishes rather than proposing an almost identical gastronomic journey for everyone, having qualified staff work (better 3 referenced waiters than 10 improvised ones), and not giving the impression of rushing the customer too.
Finally, the location: the external appearance should be renovated which is more reminiscent of a bathing establishment than a rustic farmhouse, the interiors are excellent, the rooms and tables are clean as are the toilets.
