Piadine freshly made with top quality local ingredients. Nice environment and very friendly staff, the owner is very nice and will explain everything you want to know about the ingredients. The Bolognese Piadina with a capital P, absolutely not to be missed.

Quality ingredients, clearly superior to other piadinerias I've tried, the menu is rich and truly varied! There is something for all tastes, the girls and boys on the staff are very friendly and nice. Here in Bologna at Sfarinà I never miss Romagna! Absolutely recommended

What can I say, a certainty every time I set foot in Bologna. Delicious dough with the possibility of having it in a vegetarian version, high quality ingredients and super friendly staff. And for those like me who always want sweet after savory, watercress with Nutella is the choice you can never regret.

Great little place for the best flavours. There is a seating area that's just before the herb markets. You can people watch and keep shaded or out of the rain.
