The place with the most welcoming atmosphere ever, with the friendliest and kindest staff to talk to and eat with. Not to mention the amazing food; the piadinas are truly light, as they say, but very filling. They really give you a homey feeling, with a warm, homey flavor. Combined with the atmosphere, it's truly a fabulous experience every time you return.
I recommend it 110% to everyone.

Our first visit to Bologna was three years ago from Los Angeles and we fell in love with Sfarina. It made our trip very memorable. The Squacquerone cheese is not something we can easily find back home. My husband I loved the Sfarina. We also ordered the Adele. Both were excellent. We devoured them so quickly we did not take pictures. I highly recommend you visit Sfarina’s.

Weekend in Bologna, stroll through the city center and stop at the Mercato delle Erbe. Lunch was a piadina... delicious!
Attentive service, a small but comfortable place for a quick meal.

Il posto si trova all'interno del mercato delle erbe, è un po' difficle da trovare ma è assolutamente una gemma nascosta; piadine molto buone, originali e con ottimi ingredienti.
Sottolineo inoltre la gentilezza del ragazzo al banco, Pietro, gentile e disponibile per due chiacchiere.
