Das Lokal wird von zwei Brüdern geführt. Der eine kocht, der andere kümmert sich um den Service. Trüffel, Pilze, Fleisch und ausgesuchte Weine sind hier die Stars. Die herausragende Qualität der eingesetzten Waren hat seinen Preis, sind aber m.E. nicht übertrieben. Wer Trüffel liebt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten !!! Ich werde sicher wiederkommen....

Locale che si trova in un paesino tra le colline umbre, dove puoi fare una cena tutta a base di tartufo, con piatti strepitosi che ti fanno veramente assaporare ogni singolo ingrediente presente. Qualità prezzo veramente eccezionale. Personale efficiente, disponibile e gentile.

13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.
12/07/2025: I must have been unlucky, but... - 5 unpresentable bruschettas, 2 of which were identical with jarred paté spread on them - Norcina-style crumbs that could be described as soaked in liquid cream No, definitely "unlucky." I hope they can do better, otherwise they'll have to change the name to "tirem innanz" Visited without a reservation and therefore sat at an outside table, but that doesn't seem enough to justify a negative experience.

23/06/2025: The pine nut beef is very delicious, the grilled fish is very tender and the seafood is very fresh. It is recommended and the price-performance ratio is very high.
