Best Milanese veal chop I've ever eaten!! It was excellent, even the potatoes on the side were delicious. My wife had the Milanese risotto with osso bucco and also enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly, the decor is stylish. It's a little pricey but worth it.

I came here after searching because I heard that I absolutely had to try veal cutlets when I came to Milan. They were so delicious!
Certainly, the further north you go in Italy, the less salty it is and suits the Korean palate ◡̈ I ate the famous local cuisine, cutlets and risotto, and they were both so delicious! The veal dish on the risotto tasted a bit like that spicy tuna, so it was familiar, and the cutlets were really delicious and the potatoes were crazy!!! Wow! Above all, the staff were super friendly👍🏻
Bellissima location, ottimo cibo e bell’ambiente, personale gentile e disponibile, attento ai dettagli, tornerò volentieri.

Great courtesy to the customer. We had lunch with a good risotto and osdobuco, tiramisu and accompanied everything with a (large) glass of Ludovico red. Crowded today for lunch and a little noisy, but we had a good time.

We went to Bauscia over the weekend and the experience was overall pleasant.
The environment is what affects us first. The restaurant is elegant without creating discomfort. As the rooms filled up, a convivial, relaxed and not at all formal atmosphere was created. The service is excellent, with friendly and smiling waiters.
As for the food, the overall rating is average. Some dishes were particularly appreciated, such as the starters (truffle onion soup and mondeghili), although we remained slightly skeptical about the price, which in our opinion was above average.
For the first courses, we had the opportunity to try the saffron risotto with ossobuco, the orecchiette with ancient ragù, the pumpkin and zola gnocchi and the tagliolini with truffle. The risotto was slightly undercooked and without any trace of pistils. Still good flavor and tender meat, but could be improved. The truffle flakes in the taglioni were unfortunately tasteless and we think the aroma was probably due to a truffle-based cream or oil with which the pasta had been creamed. The orecchiette, on the other hand, were well cooked but the ragù was tasteless. Excellent gnocchi instead.
For second, two entrecote were ordered which unfortunately were the sore point. In fact, the meat was cold and not at all tender.
For desserts, we ordered a platter of frozen fruits which was all in all good and a Milanese cake which unfortunately fell short of expectations.
In general I think it is worth a visit, but some measures would drastically improve the quality of the place which has excellent potential

Truly Milanese cuisine! We took the menu degustazione. Interesting appetizers and one of the best risotto con ossobuco in town, a much needed dessert!
It was difficult to finish all the dishes 😄
A friendly character, they took great family photos for us.

Un joli restaurant fréquenté par hasard.
Le décor est simple et élégant avec une grande cuisine visible au public.
La cuisine y est plutôt bonne. Personnellement j’ai essayé la seiche farcie et ses légumes. Bien !
À suivre un oso buco e rizzotto alla milanese. Très bien également.
Mon fils lui a été moins convaincu que moi sur ses plats.
