A restaurant that truly captures the essence of Milanese cuisine. We began our meal with the Tuna Tartare and Wagyu Carpaccio, both of which were exceptional. The carpaccio, adorned with Maldon salt crystals, offered a delightful burst of flavor that elevated the dish. For the main course, I chose the Risotto alla Milanese, which lived up to its stellar reputation—rich, creamy, and perfectly executed. While the service was impeccable at the start, it became a bit inconsistent as the evening progressed and the restaurant grew busier. Nonetheless, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend Bauscia for those seeking authentic Milanese flavors in a vibrant setting.

Very nice and welcoming place: bright windows open onto a pleasant cloister. Heterogeneous dishes, even in origin despite the Milanese name. For example, an excellent Wagyu carpaccio and artichoke style. Paradoxically, the osso buco with risotto, iconic of Milaneseness, which lacks a bit of "push" would need to be perfected. Courteous and attentive service, with a small stumble of a lost order in the kitchen, but promptly admitted with transparency and willingly immediately forgiven. Prices within the standard of the area. Anyway, worth trying and maybe even trying again.

Beautiful place, excellent quality croissants and very good coffee (it's increasingly difficult to find good coffee in Milan). Very central location in Milan.

Mio marito con mia figlia ed io abbiamo pranzato in questo bel ristorante stile moderno.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci hanno dato un tavolo in cui si poteva stare i sei ed è stato fantastico, mangiare comodamente.
Abbiamo mangiato una buonissima cotoletta alla Milanese, un’entrecôte con delle cips di patate e i tentacoli di polpo. Sicuramente la cotoletta è stato il piatto regina ma molto buoni anche gli altri.
Se dovessi tornare a Brera tornerei sicuramente al Bauscia.
Complimenti per la location, servizio e cucina.

Un joli restaurant fréquenté par hasard.
Le décor est simple et élégant avec une grande cuisine visible au public.
La cuisine y est plutôt bonne. Personnellement j’ai essayé la seiche farcie et ses légumes. Bien !
À suivre un oso buco e rizzotto alla milanese. Très bien également.
Mon fils lui a été moins convaincu que moi sur ses plats.
