I visited Bauscia in Brera and was truly thrilled. The restaurant has a warm and refined atmosphere, typical of Milan, but without being overly formal: you immediately feel at ease. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brera, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were the real highlight of the evening: you can sense a great attention to tradition, but with a modern twist that enhances every course. Everything was carefully thought out, from the flavors to the presentation. In particular, I found the dishes truly balanced and of the highest quality. The service was impeccable: the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always present at the right time, without ever being intrusive. A classy restaurant, beautiful, refined, and unique. Delicious food. I always order the mezze maniche with stracciatella, pesto, pistachio, and bacon, and they're fabulous. The 4-scogli pasta and the octopus are also highly recommended!

I read a review saying the food lacked flavor, and I have to say it's true. The atmosphere, presentation, and service were excellent, but the lack of flavor is surprisingly accurate and striking. Otherwise, everything was great.

From a Milanese-style restaurant with such a prominent name as Bauscia, I would have expected a cuisine with more depth in its dishes. The restaurant is well-decorated, with spacious tables and comfortable seating, so the atmosphere is certainly pleasant. Unfortunately, however, the cuisine seemed rather basic: the creaminess, cooking methods, and quality of some ingredients didn't entirely convince me. Personally, it's not one of those places that, at the end of dinner, makes me say, "I want to come back."

I went to Bauscia Milano with my fiancée, and the experience was truly excellent. I chose tagliolini with truffle, which was perfectly executed: perfectly cooked pasta, intense aroma, and a great balance. My fiancée instead chose linguine with fish, made with truly remarkable ingredients: extremely fresh fish, clean flavors, and beautifully enhanced by the kitchen. What really impressed us, besides the quality of the dishes, was the service: attentive, professional, and at the same time very friendly. You can immediately sense the great care they take for their customers. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a special evening. In short: impeccable cuisine, quality ingredients, and truly top-notch service. We will definitely be back.
