Expensive, but it was nice to try a new kind of Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious, highly recommend this place, though its a little hard to find.

The highest quality sushi I've ever had. I highly recommend the sashimi options to try the different salmon options. As for the uramaki, they're all very tasty, although some didn't quite convince me in terms of the flavor combination, like the Salmon Special Roll. Regardless, I think it's definitely an experience worth trying. I'll be back.

A truly enjoyable experience! The food was excellent, with unique and well-balanced flavors that pleasantly surprised us. The location, in the heart of Bologna, is elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Special mention goes to Maddalena, the waitress who served us: attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, she passionately guided us through our selection of dishes, making the dinner even more memorable. Highly recommended!

For my birthday my boyfriend and I decided to celebrate by going here...we made an excellent choice! The dishes are of an exceptional quality that I have not found anywhere else in Italy. The Japanese tradition is perfectly respected in a decidedly elegant and refined way, not to mention the pairings with the Sake that we were able to taste. We took the tastings and some additions. Speechless. We will definitely return!

Fourth time in this Japanese fusion restaurant in the splendid Corte Isolani. Like last time, having had a great time, we decided to entrust ourselves to the expert hands of the owners regarding the menu path. In combination with a sensational (1 of 3 bottles) zero dosage 100% pinot noir by Divella on the suggestion of the very prepared sommelier, who has set up a menu where a now acquired trend of natural, ancestral wines and in any case of the highest quality and rarity makes its voice heard. 7-course menu in the dark, and we were enchanted above all by the quality of the raw material and how it is processed by the kitchen. Impeccable presentations, high level service, I consider Seta one of the best in Italy regarding all these aspects. Young guys but with very clear ideas. We will return to discover other tastes and bottles.

Unjustified value for money. We had the wagyu, mixed chirashi, noodles, and a rainbow uramaki. Good, but not THAT good. Small quantities. The best thing was the uramaki, so if you go I recommend the raw fish dishes.

Great food with fresh ingredients, good service and very knowledgeable sommelier with a variety of sake to pair with your meal. Great experience overall!!

Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante giapponese, dicendo che e' uno dei migliori d'Italia, purtoppo pero' non abbiamo riscontrato questo fatto. Il servizio e' buono, il personale e' cortese, ma i piatti sono nella media a parte qualche eccellenza. Il prezzo finale e' del tutto ingiustificato, vista la qualita' media dei piatti serviti.
