Seta is truly the only restaurant I always return to with pleasure. Attentive and never intrusive service, the owner is truly an exquisite person who always knows how to recommend the best dishes. This time, in addition to the dishes on the menu, we also took two off-menu dishes (the restaurant's strong point, there are always off-menu dishes that enrich the offer), scampi tartare and... tortelli on snow peas cream (these were heavenly ). Thank you silk, I will always come back with great pleasure! :)

Definitely recommend SETA Sushi Lab for anyone looking for a great sushi experience. The ambiance was very chill with a great location and vibe. The omakase offerings were amazing with the freshest ingredients and so much food! Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully put together. We didn't expect to have sushi during our short visit, but we're so glad we took the time to experience SETA.

Pleasant experience! sushi lab outside the usual patterns with well-executed dishes, excellent alternation of sensory contrasts that won't bore you. The service was good and attentive, Nunzia very knowledgeable about the dishes and an excellent advisor. Fairly hybrid outdoor environment, almost arranged for the summer season. Definitely nicer inside. Small piece of advice: dust off the wine list, which in my opinion is too stuck on the classics and too many out-of-date references. We will be back!

One of the best à la carte sushi I've ever tried. Refined place with a welcoming atmosphere and refined, quality food. Special appreciation goes to the impeccable service and attention of the staff who offered me a piece of cake for my birthday. I will definitely be back!

I've been waiting for this sushi restaurant for a lifetime... I have to say that I felt a bit of disappointment. flavors like in other places....no novelty or refinement...and not up to the prices. fresh fish excellent service....but really apart from that...I expected something else.

The restaurant offers "fusion" cuisine that expertly blends Japanese style with other culinary influences. We were attracted by two tasting menus and were not disappointed. The tasting menu was a real pleasure for the senses, with expertly crafted combinations of dishes. The sequence began with cold courses, gradually moving up to hot ones, allowing you to fully appreciate the variety of flavors and their evolution during the meal. From fresh and crunchy, we moved on to warm and enveloping, while the gradation of flavor was perfect, always growing, maintaining a harmonious balance between sweet, salty, acid and bitter. The dishes served were not only delicious, but also presented with extreme aesthetic care. The service was impeccable, with a staff of friendly, polite and very professional waiters. It is a place that certainly deserves to be revisited to once again enjoy their excellent quality.
