We had a great evening, the food was good, the service was friendly, especially the sommelier was very courteous and informative. We had a great Chardonnay from Tuscany. I've read the comments about the service being cold or stiff but I cannot confirm that based on my own experience. The food quality was good, maybe not exceptional but still on a high level. If you want to find the hair in the soup, then you could argue that you can get the same value for less elsewhere. I recommend visiting the place.

Expensive, but it was nice to try a new kind of Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious, highly recommend this place, though its a little hard to find.

The highest quality sushi I've ever had. I highly recommend the sashimi options to try the different salmon options. As for the uramaki, they're all very tasty, although some didn't quite convince me in terms of the flavor combination, like the Salmon Special Roll. Regardless, I think it's definitely an experience worth trying. I'll be back.

Io adoro il cibo giapponese e direi che questo è il migliore di Bologna! Un po' difficile ad arrivare perché è in pieno centro ma vale la pena fare una bella camminata. Qualità top!

A truly enjoyable experience! The food was excellent, with unique and well-balanced flavors that pleasantly surprised us. The location, in the heart of Bologna, is elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Special mention goes to Maddalena, the waitress who served us: attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, she passionately guided us through our selection of dishes, making the dinner even more memorable. Highly recommended!

That said, I felt it’s not quite as good as it used to be; many of the flavors taste very similar to each other.
