Outstanding pastas with delicate yet rich sauce (al Nero squid ink) and a pistachio. Fresh perfectly cooked pasta sheets in both dishes. Extremely soft well cooked 🐙 starter. Small place that fills up fast, reservations recommended.

My husband and I had dinner on Saturday evening at this restaurant, which I've known for a while but hadn't been to in a while. After trying their raw fish and orange and dessert meagre, all spectacular, I can't wait to go back. In my opinion, the chefs at Sesto Canto are undoubtedly among the best in Palermo. Their dishes are poetry, the quality of the ingredients is superb, the balance of flavors is, in my opinion, perfect, a feast for the palate and the eye. Highly recommended.

Tried it by chance, but sometimes the random choices are the best! Everything was excellent: appetizer, first course, and if I may go wild... they outdid themselves with the second course: orange-flavored sea bass in an almond crust! Exceptional!! The dessert was also excellent, and the fresh fruit with sorbet and berry cream—a perfect pairing! Compliments for everything, including the professionalism and kindness, as well as the wine selection!

Locale semplice ma molto curato. Personale gentilissimo e molto preparato sul senza glutine. Finalmente pane per celiaci fresco. Pesce buonissimo. Una serata davvero piacevole, complice il buonissimo menu!

The restaurant where we go most often for the minimalist elegance of the room, for the few tables so even on Saturdays there is no confusion, for the attentive and kind service, but above all because the food is excellent. A more traditional than gourmet cuisine with dishes interpreted with taste, with abundant portions and finally with honest prices, indeed cheap compared to the raw materials used and the goodness of the menu. We absolutely recommend it.

Il ristorante dove andiamo più spesso per l’eleganza minimalista della sala, per i pochi tavoli per cui anche il sabato non c’è confusione, per il servizio attento e gentile, ma specialmente perché si mangia benissimo. Una cucina più tradizionale che gourmet con piatti interpretati con gusto, con le porzioni abbondanti e infine con i prezzi onesti, anzi economici rispetto alle materie prime utilizzate e la bontà del menu. Lo consigliamo assolutamente.
