Signore Lily was very helpful and friendly. The place was like a hidden gem in the crowded place of shopping street in Florence. Great to find this place. No worries, all staffs are speaking English and full of hospitality. Even I don't ask for taking away my food, she offered me to do that. Best signore Lily. Gratzie

Had An amazing experience here. The staff were so helpful with everything we needed. Even helped us to try and book a taxi for our departure. The service is outstanding would highly recommend.

14/10/2025: We go there for a bit of relaxation, good drinks, even if we drink tea and coffee!
09/10/2025: Recently renovated bar... pleasant atmosphere for a quiet aperitif with excellent platters... fair prices and friendly staff... tonight I tried the really good Moscow Mule... we will definitely be back for another evening.
