Serendipity is a rare gem because it encompasses so many aspects of a wonderful vacation. It's rare to find a family so completely dedicated to the property, but they succeed because they do it with love and dedication. Perfect breakfast, especially high-quality, from the cured meats (freshly sliced) to the desserts, delicious warm croissants, eggs, and fresh fruit. If you choose (and do) the half-board option, you'll have the option of lunch or dinner in their restaurant, and you'll be treated like a restaurant guest, as you can choose your dishes from the menu. Outdoor facility with lots of greenery and a truly large pool. Access to the spa is available. Perfect location for visiting the area. The only drawback is the proximity to a road that can be quite busy during the day. A big hug to Elisa and Luca, keep up the good work! Renzo, Tania, and little Leandro.

We stopped here on our bike ride along the Apennine-Alte Marche cycle path. I highly recommend it! Helpful and friendly throughout. I also highly recommend the dinner; everything was delicious!

We stayed for two nights at the end of June. It is an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery and well-kept! The owners Elisa and Gianluca put their heart and soul into it and make the difference in this magnificent place. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pool is never too crowded and you can relax peacefully. We also used the service of the internal SPA which is brand new and equipped with everything you need. We also had a massage in the outdoor garden in a dedicated and isolated area, a service that is offered and entrusted to external professionals: a unique experience! What can I say, we will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a well-kept accommodation with a swimming pool and excellent cuisine, but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where kindness and hospitality really make the difference.

Stayed here for 4 nights, unfortunately we had to move on. What a great location, neat, spacious, and clean rooms, it looks like the rooms are newly built while they have been in use for years. Very good breakfast with regional delicacies. A beautiful indoor spa. Beautiful swimming pool with many sunbeds. And what great owners, so helpful, you can see that the guest is number 1. They do everything in their power. And also have time to inform you about nice outings. In short, definitely worth booking if you are in the area.

A top-notch accommodation for the area. The couple who run the property are very friendly. The breakfast was tailored to our needs. We didn't use the wellness area. For those who are sensitive to noise, we recommend booking a room facing the stream. We'd love to come back!

We found this place by chance and we were really satisfied. beautiful, surrounded by nature, excellent service with kind owners present and available to intervene in case of need. beautiful rooms equipped with every comfort and, small but functional spa, you eat well: in short everything perfect. Management attentive to the environment. we did not think of returning before arriving and instead we will try to organize our trips so that we can return as soon as possible

A very nice accommodation, lovingly run. Guests are warmly welcomed, and every effort is made to fulfill their every need. We were traveling by bike and were happy that we could also park our bikes safely.

Ho trascorso un lungo, piacevole weekend in questo delizioso boutique hotel poco distante da Cantiano. Si festeggiava il compleanno di un'amica che è habituè del resort. Serendipity è un luogo delizioso, immerso nel verde, con camere pulite, spaziose e super accessoriate. Una piscina e una piccola spa con idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, rendono il soggiorno ideale per il relax. Menzione speciale per la gentilezza dei proprietari che si sono prodigati per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno di due notti. La colazione internazionale è ricchissima e strepitosa, con prodotti dolci e salati e ingredienti a chilometro 0, comprese le uova delle galline allevate dai proprietari. Ottima la cena al ristorante , con il menù e le preparazioni della cuoca, la signora Elisa che non ha timore a "rivelare" i segreti delle sue ricette. Il resort è ideale per escursioni verso Cantiano, Gubbio e i dintorni. Posto consigliatissimo, situato tra Marche ed Umbria, perfetto per una vacanza rilassante.
